I’d give it no stars if I could. Showed up to pick up my rental car today and was told that they didn’t have my phone number to call me and confirm my rental?? So they had no car for me and didn’t even offer to help me find another one at a different location. Checked my confirmation email and sure enough my phone number is listed. Someone obviously messed up and didn’t want to take ownership of it. So I called corporate and the lady confirmed they did have my number so she wasn’t sure what happened. We ended up with no rental and will not be renting a car from this company ever. Apparently a confirmation email doesn’t mean anything so call and double check that they’ll actually have your car.

I rent cars in a regular basis for out of state travel. Brandon at this office was the best to date!! I have always had superior service, but Brandon went above and beyond that this time to make sure I not only had the perfect vehicle for my trip but also made sure to keep it in my price range and on time. I high recommend renting a vehicle from this location!!

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Enterprise especially the exceptional service provided by Manager Anthony Sagen. Our travel plans were thrown into disarray due to mechanical issues on our flight, but Anthony and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us. From the moment we walked into the Enterprise location, we were treated with utmost professionalism and kindness. Anthony personally ensured that we got a vehicle that suited our needs. His attention to detail and customer-first approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Enterprise for anyone in need of a reliable and customer-focused rental service. A special shoutout to Anthony Sagen for making our trip memorable for all the right reasons!

So we were stuck at the Hampton Inn for two days since our first rental broke and if it wasn't for Brandon at this location we would have never found a replacement. Brandon went above and beyond to help us out.

We we're stuck for two days at the Hampton because our first car broke if it wasn't for Brandon in Sydney we would have never found a new rental because road side sucked. Brandon is definitely our hero.

If you reserve a car good luck getting one. The last 3 reservations I made they didn't have a car for me. I don't think they know how to reserve a car. There is a body shop right next door and I'm sure they get first choice of the cars. I won't rent from Enterprise again. They suggested try the airport as Troy location was out of cars as well. I went to the airport and they said they didn't have a reservation for me and refused to honor my price I had on my reservation. Bye bye Enterprise.

Seemed very friendly and accommodating while my car was being repaired. Didn't drive it much but comforting to know I had available transportation while mine was in the shop. I personally didn't like the vehicle I was given ....only because the brakes were extremely sensitive and often lurched when brakes were applied. Could be dangerous for some unexperienced drivers or in heavy traffic. Enterprise was informed.

literally the worst experience ever! i was quoted a price for a rental and then they canceled my reservation and rebooked it for almost 200.00 more without my permission! I tried to go to my local office and they closed early due to staff shortages and when I spoke with the management department they did not even know the store was closed! so any person renting a car that day was SOL. horrible horrible service!

First time enterprise customer in June 2021. I worked with the Sidney Ohio branch. I was thrilled to find a business that still values customer service. These guys were great from the start. They didn't have the compact car that i had reserved 3 weeks ahead of time, so they had to upgrade me to a mid. I was working with limited funds for my trip, which was why I had reserved a car ahead of time. I wanted to make sure i got the car I could afford! Since it was out of my control that the car wasn't there and I had done what I could to reserve it ahead of time, they did give me the mid at the same price as the compact. It still cost me more in the long run, as the gas mileage wasn't as good as it would've been in a compact, but I drove across the country and the car was a lot more comfortable than a compact would've been. The guys at the store were very kind, courteous, and respectful, and took time to explain policies and things that were good to know about the car. I will definitely choose enterprise again in the future, and your employees customer service played the biggest part in that. Thank you enterprise! I hope you value your employees and treat them well, they play a big part in returning customers!

This was my first Rental, We were in a pinch n needed a car , I did everything online except pay , there very friendly n helpful so you understand everything ,this wasnt car I picked in price , it's free upgrade n boy was I surprised .... thanks
