I have been going to this location for years now and have never really had any issues except this time this past week.
I get a very basic men's haircut. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. The stylist, for the most part was nice, but she either had ADHD times 2 or was on speed. For whatever reason(s) I don't know how many times she walked away from the station.
She was very rough handling my head. She kept wanting me to turn my head to one side or the other. If I didn't turn it far enough, she would want me to continue to crank my head to one side or the other. She wanted me to look down and when I did apparently she didn't think I was looking down far enough because she wanted to me to look even farther down. Now mind you, I've been getting haircuts for many, many years, so I'm not stupid. I know when i need to turn my head side to side or up/down. For the most part, she kind of treated me like a little kid that way.
She kept dropping things instead of picking them up she would just harshly kick them to the side like out of frustration. It was definitely not the haircut experience that I'm used to at the Sidney location.
Despite this poor experience, I will continue to provide my business to this location just based off all the years of positive experience with all the other stylists.

My son has VERY THICK hair. He keeps it short on the sides and long on top. He asked them to take a little of the side. He probably had at least 3 inches on the side. And to take even less off the top. They saved him bald all te way around the sides and back to the skin. And they pulled the front forward and just cut a chunk out. And sent him on his way like that. He was harassed at school until he fell apart and had to leave. Kids taking pictures and posting them online. This cut was not in any way similar to what he asked for.

To the lady that cut my daughter’s hair. They said your name was “no no” you shouldn’t be cutting hair at all. Will be coming back Wednesday to get a refund.

Horrible. My husband brought daughter in and asked for a TRIM and to THINK her hair. She had bob length hair. Before he could say anything she had cut her hair into a PIXIE cut over her ears, super short bangs. Hair cutter( definitely not a stylist) paid no attention what was asked for. Should be zero stars.

My 1st visit there was great! They were training a new girl but the most experienced one stood by her side and helped all the way. Very very happy with haircut and facial hair trim. I'll be back!
