This is the only pharmacy I repeatedly have problems with when it comes to getting anything filled in a timely manner. I understand it taking a minute when they have to count them out and package them. but i waited three hours for an antibiotic that was already packaged in a box of its own. they just had to put it in the brown bag and staple it. I cannot even take it tonight or the dosage and times listed will be completely messed up for the first day’s instructions.

Extremely rude staff, constantly behind/slow, and can’t own up to their own mistakes.

Constant your script will be read at 3 pm or wherever. So I get there and they tell me my script won't be ready until tomorrow, or that it's out of stock.

I've been paying $15.96 for my inhaler for several years and when RiteAid closed, they sent my prescription to Krogers. When I went to pick it up, they said it was almost $53. My insurance isn't even that much for it. When I mentioned GoodRX, she informed me they don't accept it. Why does GoodRX advertise for Krogers when they claim they don't take it. This is exactly why I won't be getting prescriptions filled here anymore.

I don't often give poor reviews but I feel that this one has been earned. My mother has been using Kroger Pharmacy for some time now and there is a repeating pattern where she will be promised a time when she can pick up her prescription only to be turned away when she arrives at or after the time agreed upon. Just today she was told it would be ready by 4pm. I arrived at 5pm to purchase the script and was told it wouldn't be ready until 7pm. I drove home and the phone rang. It was an automated call from the Kroger Pharmacy telling me that the script was now ready. This happens very often. Other unfortunate things that have been happening more and more frequently. We will drive out to pick up a script only to find out that they've only given us 4 pills, and we need to come back in a few days to get the rest. If this were the exception and not the norm, I would not complain. However it happens quite a lot. Tonight when I mentioned the various problems and their increasing frequencies to the pharmacist, she said "Well it's ready now". No apology or concern in her voice or on her face. She said I needed to sign the pad. So I continued to look at her for a long pause until she finally apologized for the issues I had described. It didn't mean as much to me because she wasn't going to apologize until after the uncomfortable long pause. I'm not sure why this has become the normal behavior, but we are going to try another pharmacy. I only hope someone at the corporate level will see this and care enough to attempt to make a change. To be fair... I have had good dealings with each of the staff and some of them I consider very friendly. But I've been working 55-65 hours per week and I don't have time to run back and forth unnecessarily. Do what you will with this information Kroger. I hope you can get back to the way you were in the past. Good luck!

They called at 1145am to say my prescription was filled. I showed up at 605pm and was told to return in 30 minutes because they hadn't been done. The reason they weren't done is because company policy is that maintenance meds aren't filled the same day they're sent. If you need something filled the same day you have to request it to be done? Isn't that what the prescription is for?!
