It was great! So great I went out of my way to write this review. They really thought of everything that travelers could need or want. Showers, laundry, dog friendly area, outlets at every table for charging your phone, they even had lower buttons on the soda machine for people in wheelchairs to reach earlier. It was very clean and I loved the neat things from the souvenir rack. It wasn't too busy and everyone was friendly. My only constructive feedback is that the dog area has no shade, no water, and no grass. But it was still much better then walking the dog on the side of the road on a leash like every other truck stop we've been too.

One of our favorite Love’s stops! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The store was spotless ✨, shelves well-stocked with great lighting underneath for easy browsing, and even chilled candy in the cold case 🍫❄️. The laundry area was clean, and showers were large and very well maintained 🚿. Staff was friendly and helpful, and hot food was available 24/7 🍔. With the new truck wash on-site, this location is an all-around winner — easy to see why it’s quickly become one of my favorites! 🚛💯

This is a good location i just wish they checked the laundry more often. I told the lady it was sooo much hair on the washer is it a way she could clean it maybe they have a cleaner for it. She laughed at me. So I asked for a blue towel so that I could wipe it off.. she gave me that . Do better

Nasty ,they lied to me saying all the showers were being used. I said in the middle of the day. It turns out none of them were being used. They just didn't have anyone to clean them. I've been going to loves for 25 yrs and spending alot of money' I deserve to be treated better than this. Love's has bunch of liars.

Terrible layout. The signs are so tiny unreal. This location has quite literally the smallest signs on where to enter ive seen at a truck stop. I am not sure why you decided this loves needs to experiment with signs so little you have to have night vision googles and eagles eyes to see. I accidently turned into the auto rv entrance and almost go trapped id imagine this happens alot. Im sure LOVES will respond to this and say sorry and contact them email or number and absolutely nothing will get done to resolve any issues customers have. Probably A.i. responding to all our issues lol. Oh well. Poor customer service will lead to other store chains growing and gaining popularity if you dont fix issues. These reviews is so you take critical feedback and attempt to resolve to satisfy customers who give you a job and future.

They took chesters chicken out which has to be the dumbest thing they could have done. Seemed like they were busy every time I was in there. I would stop here just for their chicken. Now its Hardee's or pizza

The website says they have an RV dump station so we drove out of our way only to find out they do not. It is not that hard to correct your website.
