Your customer service was fantastic. In flooring, the service was great. Going over and beyond what was expected. While looking at several things, we had Lowes employees stop and ask it we needed help.

I would not recommend getting an appliance from Lowe's. In the past we've had good experience with the installers, but I am going through a nightmare getting a new dishwasher installed. The installers are not capable of handling any issue that arises and if there is an issue they will tell you to call a plumber. We've already spent $500 on a plumber the first time they tried to deliver the dishwasher (dishwasher was damaged and the installer messed up the water valve under the sink). They came back today, installed the dishwasher and told me I need to have a plumber back as the kitchen sink is leaking). So now an $800 dishwasher has cost us $1,300 (including the $500 previous plumbing bill) and we still need to have a plumber out??? This is unacceptable and I am done with this store. Buyer beware because the so called installers are awful!

Said they would deliver my purchase on Monday….called at 5:15 - customer service said they didn’t deliver because the order didn’t have my phone number on it… yet when I call Lowe’s… they know my order is ready from the phone number am calling from….customer service tells me , sorry… it will be delivered Tuesday…… Tuesday comes around… no delivery to my house…. I call Lowe’s, Sidney, Ohio…..customer service says there is a glitch in the system…… it will be delivered Wednesday…. Wednesday comes….. no delivery…. Customer service makes up excuse why not delivered even though Alex in customer service personally guaranteed delivery today…they promise delivery tomorrow, when I told them I would not be home. .I cancelled the order. Too ugly! Would give 0 stars if could.

Lowe's tries, with reduced staffing on the floor and products as expected. They have to pay more so we have to pay more. Plus side is their 10% Veteran Discount

This is supposed to be one of the larger Lowe's stores, but going on Sunday may not be the best idea if you are looking for options that are not stocked.
