“I had no reason to stop here. But that flashing sign caught my eye so I jerked the steering wheel left. Inside, so much happening! There’s tons of meat. There are sweets. I think I even saw an artisanal orange crème soda! ? The vibe is very “small town meeting spot.” Friendly, welcoming, familiar. A young woman helped me cash out, Annie. Big smile and happy to help! In a time when it feels like a sport to dump on our youth, it’s important to call out our hard working, good natured youth, which Annie clearly is. I got a roast beef sandwich and beans. Both delicious. I am already thinking of a reason to go back! Great local business!”

“I found some Caven's ground beef up at our local farm market in Springfield Ohio. This is the first I had seen the freezer with their meat. This is the best ground beef that I've had in a long time! It came in a well labeled, well sealed plastic wrap, sealed tightly with a metal clip. My husband and I also tried their pre formed ground beef patties. They also had excellent flavor. We will definitely purchase again.”
