Today I'm throwing out a 2 star 🌟 🌟 ask the employee to check my battery on my Chevrolet Silverado 1500....He open the fuse box thinking the battery was in there....come on guys we can do better...good place for parts ..

In town visiting as an Airstream customer and needed a tool. I called FOUR hardware stores looking for items. I got the runaround, misinformation or just ZERO help. O’Reillys on Michigan Street was awesome. The young woman who spoke with me was super awesome, nice and DETAIL oriented. That matters!!! I wish there was an O’Reilly in Leesburg VA! Ladies, get real help here. Us “do it yourself women” get respect at O’Reillys!
