“Really enjoy the customer service and the staff. Once in a while something is not exactly right on time but with the system you can get a phone call or a text message letting me know it is done. And some days I get two phone calls and two text messages. But just like any pharmacy or any customer service sometimes you do have to show little patience. Not everything can be right on time and me being a person that has done customer service, I understand that.”
“I've been using sidney walmart forever if there's any kind of line they send someone up to help. I've had great help from all their pharmist employees are always friendly and helpful. My perscription are always ready. They send me an automated message.”
“The cashier wasn't very helpful or friendly. Was using a insurance spending card. I had asked if one item was accepted through the program. She rang it up individually, took payment from my card. Then seemed confused when I questioned her about the second item. I knew I would owe extra than my card covered, however she somewhat argued that my card wouldn't cover all of the additional item. Somewhat confrontational. My husband was the next in line, also using his spending card. It seemed like we were bothering her. He also only had two items to check out.”

“We’re here out of town from Florida on business. Looked up pharmacies in the area and this one came up, so glad it did. Very friendly customer service and a special little pharmacy all around with things you usually don’t see anymore. Will definitely be back in while in town.”
