Quality Inn is an older hotel that offers decent value for the money, with many guests finding it fair for the price. The location is convenient, within walking distance to several restaurants. Reviews note comfortable beds and pillows, reliable hot water, and cold air conditioning. The staff is frequently described as friendly. However, the property clearly needs maintenance and a refresh. Common issues include worn and sometimes unclean furniture, problems with bathroom fixtures like shower valves and curtain rods, and occasional cleanliness lapses in rooms. Some guests reported broken items, very thin towels, and isolated pest sightings. A recurring concern involved security, with mentions of an unsecured entrance door that management did not fix despite being notified. While many would stay again for the budget price, noting they have experienced worse, the consensus is to know what you are getting into. The experience can be inconsistent, with some rooms being clean and smelling good, while others have notable deficiencies. A few guests reported issues with lost personal items.

Don't ever stay in this hotel. I called the front desk about the air not blowing. She asked me to keep the windows open. She refused to change a room for us. Then decided to call police on us for being rude. They police asked us to leave. No refund. Terrible people are taking over hotels in the USA. America wake up.

Great price for the stay. Breakfast was good, and they even had a guest laundry which saved me a trip to the laundromat.
