Quality Inn is an older hotel that offers decent value for the money, with many guests finding it fair for the price. The location is convenient, within walking distance to several restaurants. Reviews note comfortable beds and pillows, reliable hot water, and cold air conditioning. The staff is frequently described as friendly. However, the property clearly needs maintenance and a refresh. Common issues include worn and sometimes unclean furniture, problems with bathroom fixtures like shower valves and curtain rods, and occasional cleanliness lapses in rooms. Some guests reported broken items, very thin towels, and isolated pest sightings. A recurring concern involved security, with mentions of an unsecured entrance door that management did not fix despite being notified. While many would stay again for the budget price, noting they have experienced worse, the consensus is to know what you are getting into. The experience can be inconsistent, with some rooms being clean and smelling good, while others have notable deficiencies. A few guests reported issues with lost personal items.
comfortable and friendly staff BUT THERE ARE BED BUGS AND ROACHES
Got bit a few times and saw the bed bugs with my own eyes. Baby roaches which means there's a bunch hiding. I can't recommend staying here unless they do pest control on the entire building.

For $60 there's nothing really to complain about. Older hotel, comfortable beds, hot shower, cold a/c. Could things be improved absolutely, but for 60 bucks a night I'll definitely stay again. Was here for a week July 25.
