I recently had the pleasure of using Safe and Secure Storage in Sidney, Ohio, and I can’t express enough how positive my experience was. When my elderly mother moved into assisted living, we faced the daunting task of finding a safe place for her cherished belongings. After researching storage options, we decided to reach out to Safe and Secure Storage, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.
From the moment we contacted them, the staff was incredibly helpful. Being a locally owned and operated business, they truly understand the importance of community and customer care. The facility managers are on-site and available 24/7, which gave us peace of mind knowing that assistance was just a call away, no matter the time of day.
The location itself is ideal—convenient and easy to access. Securing a locker was a breeze; the process was quick and efficient, allowing us to move items in as soon as the very next day. When we opened our locker, we were pleasantly surprised to find it spotless. It was a relief to know that we wouldn’t have to clean up after someone else’s mess.
What impressed me most about Safe and Secure Storage is the high level of security they provide. Their elevated storage lockers are a fantastic feature, offering an extra layer of protection against the unpredictable Ohio weather. During the winter months, I was particularly grateful for their maintenance team's dedication to snow removal; every inch of the facility was cleared, ensuring safe access even during heavy snowfall.
The state-of-the-art security measures, including high-tech cameras capable of identifying vehicles by color, reinforced my confidence in storing our items there. The tamper-proof locks added yet another layer of reassurance. Knowing that my family’s treasured possessions were safe and secure allowed me to sleep soundly at night.

Great prices. Owner came and helped me get in late on a Sunday even. Other places wouldn't accommodate that. Love how they have cameras watching.
