CarStar got me in a week before we agreed upon. Everyone was helpful. The repair work looked good. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star is a piece of the trim by the window cowl blew off on the way home on i75. It was a 10 dollar plastic piece to replace so I took care of it myself.

2 estimates was given. 1st one 865.00, then said it was wrong, came back with a 2nd estimate, about 3 days later (for same repair mind you), it was over 4,000.00!!!! A little bit upset over this!

I had THE BEST experience with Sidney Body Carstar! I can say enough about them! I was rear ended and needed a new back end. Carley (works in the office) was super nice and Informative during the entire repair process and they even sent progress photos to me to show the process the entire time they had my car. I am super happy with the results that is for sure!!! I will definitely use them again if needed! (I apologize, some of my photos are sideways.) If you are looking for a repair shop that truly cares go the Sidney Body Carstar.
Another perk…they have en Enterprise car rental attached to them so you can get a rental car if needed while your car is getting repaired.

They are very friendly and you don't talk to 20 people to get the job done correctly. Have used several times. Definitely recommend. If they can't fix it they have others they will recommend. Will definitely use again!!

The staff here were consistently pleasant and helpful and they went out of their way to assist me and to solve problems. Even though my poor old car turned out to

Hail damage from Indian lake tornado, was going to be paintless dent repair then finally when estimate was done which took over 2 months estimate was for paint and all the bling exceeding the appraisal value of the vehicle causing insurance to want to total the car.
