I have had storages at the same location for over 8 years. For me to go online and see I was paying old storage express prices, when I should have been paying the new extra space prices for several months really upset me. I have attempted to talk to someone about this several times but I cannot get any corporate or higher management on the phone. My monthly bill did finally go down, but what about all the months I overpaid? Hopefully someone at the corporate level in Utah will email me......

Extra Space Storage will get you right! LaTisha, the coordinator in the office at the time of my visit, was extremely down to Earth and made figuring out my bill incredibly easy. I cannot recommend HER enough. If you need to store some junk in a unit for a little while, go to Extra Space Storage and talk to LaTisha!

I really like extra storage space and they are very nice everytime I speak with them. Would recommend you use extra storage space when you need a space for your extra stuff.

Love the people that work there plus I'm paying half the price that I used to for the same amount of space I was paying $120 now I'm paying $60 Latisha is very helpful with any questions or concerns you have and great conversations with her as well

I have rented a storage unit today and the ladies in the Sidney Ohio office are the best service I’ve received in Ohio since I’ve moved here 6 months ago they were lovely and welcoming so thank you ladies for the service

I’m very happy with extra space storage. I was just there today and Zoey helped me. She was very helpful. I was having a problem with my app/paying and she helped me pay while I was there. She was very friendly. I would definitely recommend the storage unit to people. I feel my stuff is safe there.
