They actually charged less than quoted for the tow and less than half of what another tow company had charged me going the same distance on another occasion. “I broke down just south of Anna, OH. My Crown Vic was making a very loud popping sound from the top of the engine. I got my car towed to Chris Cook's. We were 2 hours away from home and stranded. As soon as my car rolled off the rollback, he was out looking at it. We got there at 3:45 and they had me back on the road by 5:00 PM! Turns out my car had ejected a spark plug out the top of the engine. Quick diagnosis and solid fix! He drilled out the block and added a threaded insert, installed a new spark plug, and a new coil pack. The vic runs as good as ever and they even changed my rear diff fluid while i waited!
