With my husband standing in the driveway and me in the garage, this “driver” literally just threw my new cellphone package out the door of the box truck into my yard!!! I’m so done with this person!!

When UPS is supposed to pick an item up they should knock on the door to pick it up, NOT leave the label outside and just leave. No one gets notified that they need to leave anything out. That's just bullshit

I am very impressed by the friendly staff who have always taken the time to help me navigate returns on my cell phone . I try to have my phone ready , but seems like I always mess something up . They are patient and don't make me feel like I am a bother . I love the convenience of the store next to Krogers .

The UPS Store does so much more than shipping & logistics. And it's done right. This location is conveniently located so you can handle other items on your busy schedule. There's a grocery store, restaurants & various shops. 4 stars is the top rating from me. I believe we all have room for improvement. Great store

Called at 5pm Thursday, to get a notary done, phone went to voicemail claiming they were closed. I drive over across town to find they're still open, someone at the location turned their phones off to voicemail only, probably to deter customers to have an easier day, not the smartest business practice esp near the holidays when ppl need to use this service. Management should be notified of this lacking customer service issue
