New ATM installed. Only option it allowed me was for deposit. Wonder why people are pulling their money out of banks?If you need emergency cash don't count on ATM.

The bank as a whole is filled with very nice and helpful people!!! Great service most of the time!!! With the exception of one person who I encountered a couple times by the name of Crystal. She has been rude in the past, but the other day I was in to set up an account for a loved one and she decided to sit in with us and the nice young lady helping us. During this time she was very rude to us and to the young lady helping us. She kept trying to correct the young lady as she was talking with someone from corporate, the person on the phone was telling her the correct way and crystal was disputing it. The young lady that helped us did an outstanding job, kept a smile on the entire time, and even apologized for Crystals behavior. I normally only do positive reviews but she made the other lady’s job harder than it needed to be. Again other than Crystal, always a pleasant experience!!! Thanks for reading!!!

If I could I would give them zero stars. I had a friend who use to bank with US Bank. They closed his account, because he was trying to withdraw money from his account. It was a rather large amount. They refused to give him his money. He demanded an explanation from numerous customer service representatives and employees from the branch. They didn't give him any reason or an explanation as to why they refused to give him his money. Instead they closed his account and that was it. As for my understanding, they don't discriminate customers, but they did. They lost a hard working man who makes an honest living. He was and still am very upset especially coming from a bank whom he once trusted. Thank you US Bank for showing us your true colors.

After 2 Friday's in a row with it not working correctly it appears to be unreliable.
