I along with 3 others has to wait over 3.5 hours to be seen while others went in before us! They were nice and all but there is no such thing as Emergency Room at Wilson Memorial Hospital. The bad thing is that's where my doctor is associated with. All in all, IT SUCKS! I feel the same as many others reviews !

Worst hospital ever! First off they have cops there I mean for what ? anyway I was a patient here over the summer I left and forgot my Nintendo switch and some journals and I called the floor I was on and was told yes they had it! Now fast forward three months and my mom having major surgery and a stroke so I couldn’t just run up there and get it it’s disappeared in to thin air! I have the serial numbers because they’re on my Nintendo account you can’t get around that and I will be pressing charges on whoever has it! Don’t act like a Nintendo switch in a custom Pokemon hard case disappeared

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The WORST emergency room. My 14m old had a severe allergic reaction to something to where his face was getting super swollen and hives everywhere. Rushed to the ER just for them to have us sit in the waiting room for a HOUR. They are super lucky my babies throat didn’t close as we were waiting and me going up and repeatedly telling them it was an emergency.

Everytime I come here I sit over 2 hrs in the waiting room an even longer in the back this place used to be something great know I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here do better

First of all I went into the ER for suicidal tendencies and I was made to sit back down and wait 30 mins to get called back. I could’ve just left bc I felt belittled and not taken serious which could’ve made me feel worse! YOU NEED TO TAKE MENTAL ILLNESS VERY SERIOUS PEOPLE!!! I had a previous incident some years back and UVMC took me to a room asap then got my info. TAKE NOTES WILSON MEMORIAL EMERGENCY DEPT!!

I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star. I was actively having a miscarriage and was bleeding severely. I told the clerk I was in severe pain and bleeding really bad and she just told me I had to sign in and had to wait because there was already a couple people in front of me. She didn’t ask for my symptoms or anything. I had to wait about an hour and soaked through my pad, my underwear, and pants and ultimately got blood on the waiting room chair I was sitting in. It took me forever to get in and when the clerk finally let me in to get checked in, she was extremely rude and insensitive to my situation. She told me I didn’t have to stay here and that I was more than welcome to leave. She also assigned me to a pregnant nurse which I thought was super insensitive to not only me, but to my nurse as well giving the circumstances. My nurse was amazing but everyone else was not. I wouldn’t waste your time coming to Wilson. The ER at Kettering in Piqua was much more friendly, caring, informative, and the rooms were much nicer and cleaner and I got in asap. I asked for ice water a couple times and never got it. I understand there are other patients but it looked like all the nurses at the nurses station were playing on their phones or talking.I was left in my room for a long time and nobody checked up on me. I got blood on my bedsheets and chuck pad and they didn’t even change it so I had to lay in it for my entire stay. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy honestly.

Took my husband there because he fell off a scalpel and we sat in the ER for over three hours not once did they ask him if he needed pain medicine if he was OK on top of that the emergency room is very unclean, unsanitary and understaffed. Definitely will not be coming back here

I went here for my daughter who had a 103.4 fever and high blood sugar (yes I checked before I went and gave her Tylenol). I went there and told them everything. They made me wait for 30 minutes to get a room for her, she was burn up I tell you! Well we get to the room. They checked her vitals, temp was high, everything else sounded good, her blood sugar was normal…they look in her ears and tell me they were red and bulging. We get antibiotics and left. Well we get home and take the first round of medicine and my mom notices she’s having a hard time swallowing, they never looked at her throat and we decided to take her to children’s instead and they had told us she doesn’t have an ear infection and that she had Herpangina. It was viral, no antibiotics needed for it…5 days after that she was better and herself. Wilson emergency is not the place go to if you or your loved one is ill, please don’t waste your time or money on this place

Very rude and snobby nurses and aides, slow and ignorant it has been nothing but bad things since we got here after the er about just as worse. PLEASE STAY AWAY PICK A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL
