The customer service at this location is pathetic. The pharmacy technicians are rude not in the proper uniform without name tags. Even though I can get my prescriptions elsewhere at a more affordable price. I have been patronizing this location for years after today and the level of disrespect I received I cant anymore. peace and blessings.

Came in for kids flu shot and the manager in in pharmacy was on her period. Customer service skills need improvement. She told us, we couldn’t get all the kids shots. She said it was insurance issues but when we called insurance and everything was cool on their end. Come to find out she didn’t type in all information correctly. She didn’t give us an apology, but instead an attitude that wasn’t welcoming. As pharmacists that administers vaccines, it make us skeptical about using these convenient pharmacies when their attitude stink. Is it safe? Will they be negligent? Are they giving me the right shot? Attitudes go a long way with people, especially when medication is involved.

This location is not adequately staffed. My scrip was sent in this morning and it was not ready several hours later even though there was no one waiting in the pharmacy line ahead of me. The tech told me they were understaffed and since he lost his license (?!?!) only the pharmacist could help me. I wonder, why is this person behind the counter then?I was initially inside the store and waited at the counter for this same gentleman to come up to me, ask me if I’d been helped, then when I told him that I hadn’t and I was there to pickup a prescription, he said I had to go through the drive thru because they were understaffed. Then, from the drive thru, I learned that my scrip wasn’t ready.He was polite, and he could tell I was confused and dissatisfied, so I don’t blame him — but now I’m looking for a new pharmacy.

Just had the worst customer service experience at the pharmacy. Completely unapologetic, unprofessional and rude. Go somewhere else if at all possible. Prediction: if something doesn't change with CVS corporate, CVS will be out of business or sold in less than 2 years.

I had booked a COVID test online but when I arrived they told me that they do not offer that service anymore. When I called customer service they did not offer any solution to finding which locations actually have COVID Tests besides calling each location separately. I had even paid upfront online and the service representative could not confirm how to ensure I do not get charged.

Went back to pick up prescription walked in stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I understand their busy but a "we will be with you shortly " or anything would have been nice.. so I walked out then went through the drive thru and was able to get assistance

Waited in the drive thru pharmacy line for over 45 minutes (trapped in/couldn't exit the line & needed my refill) and received no apologies or explanation. Have never in my life experienced this. There's no reason for it even if short staffed. Get in line, we're all short staffed at work

Still having issues with Esther R. Kimani the pharmacy manager. She is absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. She takes pure joy in denying medication to the patients of CVS and belittling them. This women needs to be fired and replaced. The store is declining rapidly.

12/28/20 Just got done shopping here. Cashier rude, need better cashier that doesn't scream " we have self-checkout" like okay? I wanted you to check me out smh.
