I don’t know why people give this pharmacy such low stars. I have gone there for years and am pleased with their service. The staff is very nice, helpful, and patient. Yes, there are sometimes long waits, but this is a very busy location , and they try their best to get your meds as soon as possible. When I was new to a shot and nervous about injecting myself, the pharmacist spent a lot of time explaining things and pseudo demonstrating on himself how to do it properly! He went above and beyond making me feel more comfortable. I definitely recommend this CVS!

The phone tree is awful. Literally will not let you speak to a person it's infuriating and frankly concerning. I should be able to call to ask a question about a prescription.

I haven’t had many positive pharmacy experiences anywhere recently, but one of the pharmacists here really went above and beyond today to help me get a prescription transferred when my doctor was being extremely unhelpful. So appreciated.

While occasionally service at the pharmacy can get backed up, I have to say, we just had the most delightful outing for my husband and I getting our flu and covid shots. The pharmacist did such an amazing job I frankly didn't feel a thing. I have never in my life said getting my seasonal shots was a fine time but here I am. My two boys were being a lot waiting for us but everyone was pleasant and sweet with them. Overall, 10/10. Would get shots here again.

If you ask for a callback they will leave the phone off the hook and pretend they can't hear you. If you get notified that something is ready for pickup, regularly you will wait an hour or more once you arrive before you actually receive it.

I went into CVS last night looking for something very specific. To my surprise, I was greeted by a store employee, he helped locate item and offered great help at self checkout, a great customer experience! I plan to move my prescriptions from Kroger to CVS!

Worst pharmacy in the city.
I want to reiterate this previous negative review. Truly the wost customer service in the city. We just took a short trip to pick up our monthly prescriptions and a pharmacist/associate from behind the counter informed my 7 year old to stop bouncing a ball. We were there for less than 5 minutes. Her passive aggressiveness was unwarranted. I wish this location wasn't the closest to our home.
