Good luck getting any information. I asked for a close up picture of a chair set and they refused to give it to me on Facebook. They said I needed to call so they could text it.
I called and left a message and they again refused to text me a picture until we talked.
I called back again and they refused to send a picture unless I verbally confirmed the chairs were in my budget. All this effort just to get a better picture is ridiculous.
Keep in mind if you try to go in person you cannot trust the posted hours. I stopped by twice during posted hours and they were not open.

Went in yesterday to look for a new dresser, left with a glass fish but what I found was a one of a kind shopping experience with a real human who was very kind and very funny and very knowledgeable. I came for the furniture but stayed for the charm. 11/10! Will come back soon!

This business makes it very difficult to purchase from them. I showed up to the store during business hours so I could check out pieces in person and found this sign (attached) on the door. I called before leaving to make sure they were closed before driving 20 minutes back home. The owner didn't answer at first but called me right back to say it's just him and his mom (they were in the store at that moment) and they're too packed with furniture and busy but I should message them with screenshots to request dimensions.
The next day I see pieces I'm interested in posted on Facebook, so I comment asking for dimensions. The store replies that I should call for any inquiries. I call and am told one of the pieces (posted on Facebook not 20 minutes earlier) is already gone, along with a spiel about how these pieces are investments, which leads me to believe they'd be much more expensive than you'd expect from a secondhand store. But you won't know without calling because they don't post prices and instead make you haggle.
The whole process is a run-around. The business wastes people's time by not letting them in to shop during business hours, yet the reason is because they have too many pieces. Yet they don't let people in to come buy them. Give this place a pass and save yourself the trouble.

I’m a real person not a bot fyi.
I saw a post for an item and decided to give a call. My first time. I called and spoke to the owner and ask ”how much something was?”
he laughed rudely and said this must be your first time shopping here, you tell me what you want and make a price”
me thinking it’s a recycle furniture thrift store, for the items I said $50. He then laughed rudely and said “we’re not even on the same page. This items cost $250 brand new.”
….but the item wasn’t brand new. I’m new? I’ve never done this before and what’s up with the third degree? If your whole thing is naming a price….but you don’t like the prices given….JUST MARK THE ITEMS with prices already! Stop with the mind Olympics.
so my bad review is from the interactions, the overpriced thrift store and the owner has the worst customer service.
Also I tried to go in before I made my call and I walked up to the shops and gave them a call the owner said rudely he would not let me in and that check Facebook.
So the reviews of people calling him and saying he’s rude are legit.

Awful. I just had the rudest person ever on the phone when I called inquiring about a table on Facebook. 100% do not recommend. I don’t know how anyone would want to give money to a place so incredibly demeaning.

Shady with their pricing and won’t put any details into text. I messaged them asking for a price on a piece and they told me to call with questions. Then they name-call you when you say no thank you. It sounds like they want people to call in and they take the best offer. Not a smart way to do business. The negative reviews that are never addressed tell you all you need to know.

The experience was great! Awesome furniture quality at a very reasonable price. The owner is very quick to respond and offers a tailored shopping experience. If pieces are not exactly what you want, you can have them refinished/restored to your liking. Absolutely will visit again!
