I had a towel embroidered for a grad present, and it was beautifully done. They rushed the work for me, and I really appreciated their customer service. I will happily use their services again and am so glad we have such a skilled service locally. These kinds of artisans are rare.

Took my Singer sewing machine here and it cost me $183 just for cleaning and maintenance then when I come to pick the machine up he says it's an additional $50 for a part which he did not advise me but he said he did okay that's fine I pay that. One week later I go to use my machine for a simple task of taking in the waist on my jeans now it does not pick up the thread so I take it back to him and he tells me basically it's my fault that the timing is off on the machine then charges me an additional $60!! for fixing what I feel should have been done before the machine came back to me. Will not go back again!!

Simon is a sewing machine whisperer! I took him two, very different machines, a newer Janome and a vintage industrial Universal. Within a quick turn around time, he had them both running so smooth, like new. Also included in his reasonable prices, is all the education you care to absorb. Overall, a tremendous experience and a resource for the future! Well done Aida Embroidery and Printing!

My very expensive sewing machine randomly stopped working and I thought I’d have to buy a new machine. We found AIDA’s repair shop online and they did an excellent job at fixing my machine. It’s like brand new. It was a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly interaction. I’ll definitely be taking my other machines in for maintenance.

I had an idea for a family Christmas gift, and contacted AIDA to see if it would be possible given the time available.
AIDA's owner, Simon, was able to meet with me that day, and was both exceptionally hospitable and helpful. He gave me a short tour of his shop, showed me examples of other projects, and then worked with me to translate my design into an embroidery layout. He even called his clothing supplier to confirm if one of the items I wanted was, in fact, out of stock as the website showed (it wasn't).
While he was on the phone, another customer came in to pick up a completed project, and told me that she'd been ordering from AIDA for years and that Simon was "the BEST."
She was correct. The project turned out better than I'd expected, Simon was able to deliver on time, and even provided a refund check when he discovered that the initial quoted total was incorrect. Working with Simon was truly delightful, and I would recommend AIDA for any embroidery project without reservation.

OMG where do start?It was raining when I pulled up and his hospitality with greeting me with an umbrella was well appreciated. Once he seen my machine he immediately recalled the make and model and told me how good of quality it was. The knowledge he shares about your machine is unmatched. It was a pleasure to have met him.

I called in and Aida answer I explain her I need to get oriented on a specific shirt that I have in hand I just want to know the cost and the process and it is only one shirt that needed to get a picture printed as a form of a sticker nothing extra just one shirt that I have and needed a picture sticker printed and heated press ………Aida”s answer was “SO AND” I am not sure if I explain myself right but I ask her again what is the process and how long does it takes and Aida respond was “IT TAKES 4-6 weeks! “Where is the detail oriented ?Is the company running out of employees that it takes 4-6 to screen and print a sticker and press heat to a shirt ?I dint get any specific information I just needed a SCREEN-PRINTING and press in one shirt !

Simon is the best! He’s fixed two of my Brother embroidery machines and they are running better now than when I got them new. He’s patient and will sit with you when you pick up the machine to review how to maintain and take care of your machine. I highly recommend Simon and his business.
