Brought in a piece of siding that was about 25 years old. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He found me a piece that was the closest match I've ever seen in my years of doing this type of work.

Drafty and failing seals. Purchased 12 Alside Excalibur replacement windows 3/20/2012. We started noticing condensation on 11 of the 12 windows at the bottom edge at the seal. All windows are in a locked position. We opened a claim online, provided pictures, original bill of sale, and all serial numbers. the claim was closed and denied. I called and asked for it to be reopened and for a supervisor to call me. again the claim was closed and denied. Each time it was denied i didn't receive notification by email or phone call. Simply denied.I was told this is not a manufacture defect therefore is not covered. this wasn't an issue when the windows were new, only recently. I was told the condensation is "normal" i asked if the mold on bedroom window seals was normal, silence from the representative.I would not recommend these windows as they do not stand behind their products.

They are super knowledgeable about the products they offer. If we are in a jam and need a specific color of material and they don't have it, they go above and beyond to find it and work with us if we need it expressed shipped. Colby behind the counter is super nice and helpful. Just be mindful this location is busy and there will usually be a wait to receive your materials from the warehouse staff.
