“I love the service I get... but I'll have to call in orders going forward. On my account that I use in placing orders, you guys added a fee that has the order requiring a signature on delivery. I did not put that request on the order. It came up and I tried to delete it during the order process, but its grayed out and deleting is not an option. So each time I have put in the notes to take that fee off of the order since I can't. I have never had to sign for the packages I have recieved. So who is getting that fee?
I like being able to order online, but I can just call it in. Hannah has always been terrific to work with.”
