I'm having a problem because I'm not eligible for the First Net network, but the At&t rep signed me up anyway. (I am a nurse, not currently working as a nurse) After my service began, I started getting texts and emails wanting proof of where I work as a nurse. I was upfront about having a different job from the beginning. All I had was a license that I wasn't using. She told me it was fine and also said our new phones would come free with a 3 year contract. I was very content with Straight Talk service, but wife and I both needed new phones pretty imminently, so this was the savings that got us to sign up. By the way, this lady just showed up at our apartment. We had scheduled a new installation of internet service and she arrived just before the installation tech did. It was confusing because we did not know someone was coming to talk to us about wireless service. She said it was because she could get us a great deal since we were brand new internet clients. The process took about six hours. She was there in our efficiency for most of the time. She did leave to get our phones and brought them back. We've been making payments on the phones this whole time. Plus now my phone service keeps getting interrupted since I'm not working as a nurse. They want proof for verification. But I don't have it it. All I have is a contract and a phone that doesn't work.
I then contact an agent who told me I must get a new Sim card and swap networks. I came to your store for assistance on Friday 6/21. (This is why I'm posting this here first) The man on duty told me I needed a new Sim card. He got one out and set it down on his side of the counter. He told me he couldn't do it for me. He said I have to call them myself, even though I can't be on my phone during the process. He did not hand me the Sim card. He took a brief phone call. Another customer entered the store. He began to help him over my shoulder. I reached across the counter and took the Sim card and we left.
I don't like being tricked, lied to, and then ignored. We honestly regret switching. The internet and phone service is usually works great, but the customer service is smoke and vapor. I don't want to post anyone's name here, but I remember.
I'm hoping to resolve this by switching to the At&t network for a price similar to what the rep promised me and continuing service.

This store was great to deal with after my very poor experience at your Aurora Store. There they ignored me until I came to the rep (there were no other customers) and then was told rather rudely that it was an exact change store, no outright purchases were allowed (which I didn't want to do) and the when I asked about trade in credit was told that those deals were no longer in effect (they were and I got them at the Solon store.

After visiting multiple ATT stores in and around Mayfield area and none were able to resolve my issue, I visited this Solon, OH store for the first time to convert my Prepaid acc to postpaid. Kevin - The store person quickly tried and identified how it can be done. Kevin seemed technically sound and connected with backend tech-support, explaining the issue and getting it fixed. Though it was bit of a lengthy process, but Kevin patiently did it with ease. Good to see such technical people providing very good customer service.

I was pre-ordering the iPhone 15 pro max, and there was an error/bug with the sales tax via the AT&T system; because of this I was NOT able to order it, HOWEVER Rinasia went above and beyond by staying 2 hours OVERTIME the closing- just to get my order in. She was persistent and extremely professional during the process despite me having frustration with how long this process took. She went out of the way by staying on phone calls with support for hours and was very accommodating. 10/10 would go to her again and recommend others should as well. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a service worker!!!!

I spoke with corporate AT&T and got an erroneous bill removed. All these people had to do was call AT&T and verify it was removed and I would have started service and got a new phone. Yet the 2 people there were too lazy to do this l. Lost a big sale because of laziness

Excellent customer service experience. Kevin was very knowledgeable and attentive. Kevin also knew how to promote sales and services of products he thought would best benefit the customer's needs, based upon their exposure to specific technical devices. Kudos, on a job well done! I would certainly recommend AT&T ( Solon, Ohio location) to family and friends ?

We had an awesome experience with the manager, Kevin. My husband and I explained the issue with my phone and Kevin resolved the issue for us. He was kind, attentive, and very professional. We would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Excellent experience! Kevin rates an "A+" in customer satisfaction and service. Kevin is quite knowledgeable as well as attentive. Kevin knows how to promote additional sales and services that he feels may benefit /meet the customer's needs. Kudos on a job well done! I would certainly recommend this location (Solon, Ohio) to family and friends. You will not be disappointed :).

Tell the store manager to review pics of "New Store Opening" advertisement sent out to customers.Half the pics are of the Old store in Solon. Your attention to detail makes me want to drop ATT after 25 years.
