Horrible. They say no cars at Solon, call corporate, they tell me to go to Beachwood. The guy says no cars there either. I call corporate again and they assure me there are cars. To complete denial! I have a reservation worth the two bytes it shows on my phone. Ineptitude and indifference at their max!

They added extra $367 charge for insurance. I never asked for the insurance. After I turned in the car they said the insurance is on the paper work even though I did not agree to it. These guys scam don’t go here

Great service, great car. The only downside was the quote for 3 days when I had confirmed twice prior for 10 days. My 10 day rental was still honored, but it cost more than expected.

Avis in Solon normally has better service, but today a worker who’s name on the contract was Ken, tried to insist on getting a signature before looking at the car for damage, saying that’s how they do it there, offered/suggested to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere, did not go to look at the car to record the scratches found, and Ken helped another customer without continuing with the transaction, leaving the keys & contract unattended on the desk, a new low for Solon

What a great experience. I needed a 3 day rental since the car dealership was out of loaners. I walked into Avis Solon location and was greeted promptly. Ahmad worked hard to get me the best rate, and it was a great deal. He was very attentive and explained the whole process well. The car was spotless and in fantastic condition. If I ever need another rental, I’ll be calling Avis Solon again !

The owner of this location (Adam) was the most obnoxious human being I ever met! I dropped off my car following a long drive from Florida. I was sick with the flu. I asked the owner if someone would drop me off at my home four (4) miles away. He went into the back room and came out with disinfectant spray and sprayed the entire lobby while I was sitting there. He told me that no one was interested in dropping me off at my home because "they didn't want to get sick". I asked him for his business card and he said he didn't have one. I asked for his name and all he gave me was "Adam". Whether that was right or not, I'll never know. This place was filthy dirty and whoever this guy was, he should not be representing Avis!

Came in on a Monday to pick up the car I rented. Tamika was behind the counter. She was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, she was the only counter rep there. The phones literally never stopped ringing. I'm glad I was the only customer there. Somehow, Tamika was able to continue answering phones and checked me out in a reasonable time.... She needs help Avis!! She was amazing. Now, the car. Usually, when renting a vehicle, it's beat. Doesn't matter what I rent. Sports car, SUV, sedan, they are always beat. Smell, wipers, etc. Always just seems like a rental.... Not this time. 2024 Mazda 7. It's nice. Smell, not bad. Even the wipers are duable..... Pleasantly surprised. First time with Avis as well. Very happy.
