They were nice here, but I got my manicure done with GEL and then the very next day one of them chipped. It was $54 before tip and $65 after tip… to pay that much and have it chip the next day is insane.

Walked in at 10am on a Saturday. They were able to take me in a few minutes for a regular pedicure. The woman was so nice and thorough. I am very happy with the service and my pedicure.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 year and i was chastised for missing an appointment due to an emergency. It was insulting and disrespectful. Prices are not inexpensive and it didn't even matter. You have just lost a loyal customer. Success is measured by relationships, That's when its blessed.

We went here before my daughter's wedding. I paid for 3 manicures and 3 pedicures, the service was terrible all 3 pedicures were horrendous I didn't even get lotion on my legs. I had to go back to get my manicure fixed they offered for my daughter but she didn't have time. We were rushed through both services it was the absolute worst!

I have been patronizing this Salon approximately 7 years. Anna does a great job when she is not distracted being the receptionist. The prices were increased during COVID, which I understand. After COVID the hand sanitizer which was water down and the spotted pixie glass have been removed in addition everyone has gone back to subpar general cleaning, sharing brushes, drill attachments, not sanitizing their hands or cleaning the station after the patron has left I wonder why is the price still elevated. Salon needs a good overall cleaning. Hire a receptionist

If possible I would give this salon negative stars for customer service. I had dip powder put on by the tech Maya who speaks very little English and a week later 4 popped right off. Also, after dipping 3 times, the color still seen translucent. When I started to say something, she gave me an attitude and continued to talk about me to other tech in another language. I did not want to make a scene because I was not planning to come back anyway. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take you money to somewhere else!

My two friends and I went there for a mani-pedi. All 3 of us were so sorry we did. None of the service providers took their time to give us a decent job. Our fingernails were not polished evenly and the cuticals were cut and looked ragged. Our pedicure was not done properly. My 9 year old granddaughter could have done a better job on the polish job. We were all very dissatisfied with everything. Look elsewhere so you don't pay over a hundred dollars for a very poor experience.

I had a wonderful experience! Mai took care of me. I walked in and only had to wait a few minutes. I got a gel pedicure and I did a dip manicure. She was very fast, efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. I highly recommend Broadmoor nails and Mai!

my mom and i've been going to Broadmoor Nails & Spa in Solon since 2021 and absolutely LOVE this place!! <3everyone is super talented and friendly! and the quality of work is consistent throughout the salon teamplus, we've seen them make multiple upgrades and improvements to the salon and business over the years! they definitely listen to their customer feedback.some of the changes (since 2021) include:- text reminders for appts.- diff colors available regularly- new pedicure and manicure chairs- rewards / loyalty program!of course -- i always book with my gurl Ashley :) her almond shape slays my life!! she knows like every color AND she can do some impressive designs.they definitely have the talent to do that manicure you have a screenshot of girllllllll ;)appointments on the weekend are v recommended!! and they're going to be busy around major holidays / high travel seasons.truly want to close this review out saying that we (my mom and I) love everyone at Broadmoor Nails & Spa Solon -- Paul, Anna, Helen, Rosie, Jimmy, Elena, Jason -- and everyone else, we're so appreciative of you!!
