Don’t pay for a unlimited membership. You end up waiting 3-4 times longer in line than non members! Very frustrating!!

Great employees at this location! I frequently stop at many different locations while traveling around for work. Early mornings they are outside and catering to their customer’s. For the amount of cars in line and how busy this location seems to be, their guys are always on it! Manager has helped me many time with my new car, and is always pleasant. 100% recommend to everyone !!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars cause the manager Jordan is rude and very disrespectful. She inserted herself in a conversation to make a sale after my mother denied the offer. She the proceeded to let my mother go the car wash without getting a wash and still took her money ! Then after I called numerous times she answered the phone and said she has the right to refuse service & if my mom wanted her money back she would give it back! Shouldn’t you have done that being that you refused service…. Why wouldn’t she want the money for the service you didn’t provide! I recorded the whole experience on the phone with her, her hanging up, not answering & eventually disconnecting the phone!
I am extremely upset about the treatment of my mother and would love for the OWNER to reach out as she stated she’s the only manager ! I will keep calling until I speak with the proper management! This treatment was outrageous! & Now my mom has soap all over her car because she went through the total wash instead of them telling her she couldn’t get one and letting her out !
