All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The wait was about an hour, which seemed long, but unlike other UC places, they not take us only to be put in a room for an hour. Tara and RN Patrick O'Malley were most pleasant and treated us like real people.

The doctor we saw never even physically examined my husband. He ended up passing out in the tub and was rushed to UH. They just rush to get you in and out.
