Please update your hours on Google. The store is closed more than it is open. They are now stating they are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Everytime I attempt to go they are closed.

Second time can coming to this location during 'business hours' only to find them closed. Every other dollar tree can find staff, why can't you? Never wasting my time again with this location. You would think this neighborhood would do better but I guess not.

Every time I come to this Dollar Tree, the store is closing around 5 PM, even though the posted hours say 9 PM. I’ve been told different reasons each time low staffing, or that an employee is from another location but regardless of the reason, the hours are not matching what’s posted.
Today I arrived at 4:55 PM and was told the store was closing in five minutes. That’s very disappointing, especially when customers drive a long distance to shop here. If I had known the store was closing early, I would have gone to another Dollar Tree location that actually stays open until the posted time.
If this store consistently closes early, the hours should be updated online and posted clearly so customers can plan accordingly and not waste time and gas.

On Google maps it says that the store is open until 10 pm. When I got to the location however the store was closed. I came after 9 pm, but no sign or information is given to the store being closed. I just wish the staff would at the very least post a sign if they are going to be closed early.

Worst dollar tree ever the store is dirty
Purchased ramin noodles and after I got home I noticed that the use by date was 09/06 25 we are now in mid December
I tried on three times to exchange them and the store was closed as a result of no employee's I called this morning and I was told that they would be open at 10:00 when I arrived at 1:00 there was a sign in the door stating store closed
Twinsburg store is not much better shelves are empty and their inventory is in boxes in the aisles the Solon store always has shortened hours opens later and closed by 6:00 due to no help. Drive the few extra miles to the Aurora store at Aurora road and Rt 87 worth the drive this store is professionally operated with good management. Store is clean,the shelves are stocked and they keep normal hours every day

The store closes well before the poster time it is supposed to close. The store manager is rude and chases customers out of the store.

The worst dollar store around. Place ain’t ever open. Times change daily. If your short staffed then maybe the mangers should put the extra work in or close it down for a place that can stay open.

Been twice before 430 and they were closed and they dont answer their phone to even verify if they are open.

It was supposed to be just a quick run in to get some aluminum foil and of course Dollar Tree got me again 😂 and I picked up a few other things I may or may not need 😂. The store was clean and organized.

Don't shop at dollar tree. However needed cleaning supplies for 2 rental properties in the area. This store is unorganized, empty shelves, and NOTHING is a dollar! The staff is a unprofessional, rude and does not deserve a paycheck.
Will NEVER go to that store again

This dollar tree is never open ! They make their own hours . If its after 6pm might as well drive to Bainbridge or Aurora

QUIT CHANGING YOUR HOURS!!! I got there just after 5 because of the recent change to close at 6. Now you close at 5?!?!? Make up your mind!
Edit: Arrived again at 8:15am and you're supposed to open at 8 but the doors are still locked??? FIX YOURSELVES

It’s not dollar tree anymore can you find cool things yes but everything is expensive now so might at well go to dollar general and Walmart atp
