This is a review on 53 bank in general, not to this branch. Before you decide to open an account at 53 bank, please be aware that 53 banks' fraud detection department is in Philippines (An asian country). There is misconnect between the fraud detection department's system and the 53 bank in the US. The fraud detection department considered an adjustment made by 53 bank back office as withdraw by me.

I did business here in 2016-2018 , i closed my accounts and safe deposit box in 2018. I received a $130 bill last week (2022) for safe deposit box , I immediately called the branch to discuss this issue and the bill after a hour on the phone I was referred to a manager which then told me that she will look into this and contact me back in a few hours. it has been almost 7 days and I still have not received a phone call back from her this is a very Unprofessional and weird experience

I tried to open an account as a tourist today. My son lives in the US . I own a house in the states. Unfortunately, I was unable to open a checking account because I travel tomorrow . That was their excuse!
