Great service! I live near Cleveland and my car was COVERED in the aftermath of this year’s midges. Turns out it didn’t come off that easily and two people spent about 10 minutes power washing and scrubbing to loosen it up before the wash so it would come out clean. Very impressive!

I paid for the most expensive wash specifically because it advertised towel drying. That service was not provided. No one was there to complete it, and I was left to dry my windshield myself because the air dryer left a streaky film. To make matters worse, an employee saw me doing it—while heading out for a smoke break—and chose to ignore me completely. This is unacceptable. When a business charges a premium, it should deliver on its promises.

Excellent car wash. First winter season for me at this wash. Summer months I hand wash. Seems to be well maintained and it is not scratching my paint at all. I check it all the time under shop lighting. Only car wash I've been to that gets the wheels very clean and dresses the tires perfectly, bravo!

My wife and I have l a members here for over 5 years. The staff has always been very friendly. Unfortunately, debris or a rock from a vehicle or the ground in front kicked up and cracked my windshield going through the car wash on Wednesday. The owner was present so I brought it to his attention and he denied that the car wash could ever do that and that he could look at the cameras to verify. I waited, he said he could not get the cameras working and would call me later that day. I gave him my cell phone, they also have my cell phone # in their database as I am a member. No calls were received. I arrived today to talk to someone. My car ID tag would not work and the staff member informed me that he did try calling me four times that day. Well, they have complete access to my information so there is that. The dealer confirmed that the chip was very fresh and it was not where we initially thought in the middle of the windshield but up near the top where I heard the noise initially. $60 per month until I'm in the ground.....vs taking responsibility and doing the right thing.

Unlimited car wash seems to mean 1 a day which is okay but i thought i was getting Unlimited. I left out and a huge truck spewed mud on my freshly washed car but i had to wait until the next day. Not a huge deal i just thought i was told unlimited.
