I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. Perhaps people are more likely to complain vs praise. I've been a customer for years needing multiple monthly medications. The pharmacists and staff have always been kind and helpful. It's because of them that I wouldn't switch even though it's not the most convenient location for me.

Financially discriminating me. The pharmacist David and the pharmacy aid Tiara thought it was funny I had my doctor send over the counter medications that would be fully covered by my insurance instead of purchasing them. I’ve never in my life had someone laugh at me that had access to my personal medical records and information. Boycotting giant eagle.

Horrible experience, have to wait for my doctors prescriptions more than 28 hours and the answer by cash register associate at pharmacy: We do not have them in stock. Very unfriendly conversation.

Terrible experience - First time filling for our dog. We dropped it off early on Thursday and gave all information they needed to fill it. We called in Saturday afternoon because we hadn’t heard if it was filled or not. They took a lot of time to locate it even after we told them we were told by either their pharmacist or tech it would be saved under our phone number and address. When they finally located the script they informed us it needed a revision. They hadn’t contacted us or the vet’s office and unfortunately the vet’s office is closed on the weekend. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional especially considering they’re not owning the mistake on their end which is obviously they put it somewhere and either lost it or forgot to follow up. This was our main pharmacy but we will no longer be coming and you shouldn’t either. This med is important to my dog’s health and now we’re scrambling to figure out what we can do for him. Thanks?

Horrible customer service. A waste of my time. All the bad reviews are correct. Wasted my time trying to get my perscriptions and finally gave up and had them transferred to CVS. If I could they would get NO stars.

Please please please take Your review seriously! I came to the drive you through to speak to the pharmacist about Diana stating stating she didn't know why and she didn't even ask for assistance about my question. Please take it seriously medication is serious!I like this pharmacy for a few weeks when I switched and then it all fell apart after that, And my daughter has seizures so this is not something to be played with.

Seems to be a struggle here. Heading back across the street to cvs. Been waiting 2 days for something simple and was never contacted there was an issue.

Not sure where negative reviews are coming from. Great staff & pharmacists. Always considerate & take time to answer questions. Family of 6 so we use this pharmacy a lot (I mean a lot).

Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Solon deserves 0 star. Very unpleasant stuff a specially pharmacist. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I wanted to give an 0 to this pharmacy. I went to pick up antibiotic with my 6 month-old baby who had an ear infection and was in high fever. Another context is that we recently switched to a different insurance. The staff was cold and explained that she couldn't prepare the antibiotic because the insurance was rejected. After being told about the change in insurance, she said she needed time to fix the insurance in the system and I should come back in 45 minutes to pick up the antibiotic. So 45 minutes later, she told me that they don't have the antibiotic in stock and she offered to order it for me tomorrow. I was enraged that she didn't call me (she said she did but to a phone # that we've never used - area code was local but we never have a local number so I don't believe her) or told me about not having the med the first time when I came. She was cold with a little bit irritation. If she could be a little bit humane, I wouldn't be this angry despite what happened. I don't appreciate the service and will never come back.

If I could give 0, I would give 0. Stuff is terrible, pharmacist very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend this pharmacy.
