Dear Customer Service Manager,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Western Union branch in Solon. The experience I encountered during my recent visit was so unprofessional and lacking in several critical aspects, which I feel compelled to bring to your attention.The conduct and lack of professionalism demonstrated by your staff were utterly disappointing. From the moment I entered the location, there was a palpable lack of respect and understanding of basic customer service. The representatives appeared to lack proper training and exhibited a severe deficit in knowledge related to Western Union’s services, which significantly impacted the quality of service provided.Furthermore, the disrespectful attitude displayed by the employees towards the customers was apparent. Not only was the service lacking in efficiency, but the demeanor and communication from your staff were far from courteous. It felt as if my presence was an inconvenience to them.The lack of knowledge and training became more evident as I encountered several issues with the transaction process. The staff seemed ill-equipped to handle even basic queries, which not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration. The service was unacceptably slow and inefficient due to the evident lack of proficiency in the operational procedures.I believe that Western Union prides itself on providing reliable and efficient financial services. However, my experience at the Solon branch was a far cry from this standard. There is an urgent need for improvement in the training and professionalism of the staff at this location. Customers deserve a much higher level of service quality and competence.I hope my feedback prompts a reevaluation of the service standards at your Solon location. It's crucial to invest in comprehensive training programs to ensure that your employees are equipped to handle the diverse needs of the customers efficiently and professionally. Customers should feel valued and respected when seeking services at Western Union.I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter and hope that you take the necessary steps to address these issues and prevent other customers from enduring similar experiences.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

So on saturday when I went into the liquor store. I had to wait in line because all these people are waiting to get a bottle of bourbon. All I needed was to go in real quick and get a bottle of rum, nothing special. So when I went up to the guy and asked them. All I need is to get a bottle of rum, he said sorry you're gonna have to wait in line. First of all, you're stupid if you're gonna stand there and wait 2 hours for a d*** stupid bottle of bourbon. That's cost you a 100 bucks, not worth it. Needless to say, I probably won't be going back there. Maybe once in a while, but not on a Saturday. Why would you stand in line and wait for a bottle of bookers? I've had it, not really that impressed.

If you want good service, go to Heinen’s. If you want quality product, go to local store like Miles Farmer Market. If you want good price, go to Aldi or Marc’s. Giant eagle has Heinen’s price, Walmart quality and their staff are not friendly at all, especially the cashiers in this store. Worst service in the grocery industry!

The floral department always has great stuff. Produce is fresh. The seafood and meat counter have the most helpful people, and it is always nicely stocked.***The main reason we come shopping here is for the cart they have, the Caroline's cart. This has been so helpful, since my 6 year old with special needs is too big for the traditional cart. I just want to say thank you so much! This has helped me out a lot!!!

Giant Eagle Solon Market District offers a variety of prepared foods at its Solon, OH, Market District store. However, when I shop there the prepared foods are on display, the lights are on, but no body is home. I asked at the deli counter next to the prepared foods section, and it took two employees to hunt down the prepared foods guy who was clearly annoyed about being interrupted from whatever else he was doing.What's the point of having all this prepared food on display, assuming it is for sale, if no one is available to sell it to you?I was later informed that the prepared foods section has limited hours. I was in the store at 10 AM on Saturday 7/22/23. If that isn't a prime shopping hour, what is?Also, the Giant Eagle Android App does not display member bar code. Cannot take advantage of discounts showing on price tags in store as a result. App locks up when in use. Overall a piece of digital junk. Also, Giant Eagle in store WiFi at Solon s needed to move the selected discount items from your phone to the checkout computer. Giant Eagle WiFi at Solon is problematic at best working sporadically or not at all. The lack of WiFi cripples the ability to clip coupons in the store. Get a clue GE. Fix your technology.Finally, and this one is inexcusable, I selected an Amazon $25 gift card, which the checker put aside, but never rang up, and I went home empty handed.

Giant Eagle or as this location is a Market District, is clean, well stocked and when I was there on a Saturday had plenty of staff on hand. Full service check out.

Let me start by saying I'm here for work from Chattanooga TN. I've shopped here 3 times. I purchased some craft beer and noticed the price was wrong so I let it go. Figured If i like it I'd take a picture and get it adjusted at the check out next time. Well I liked it so I went to get more and still at the price from last time $11.99. I took a picture and went to check out. The price rang up for $17.99 and I showed them my picture and they went to check. While they checked the cashier said the will give you the difference on a gift card to make it right. I said that will be fine. So this guy over the beer comes back and explains he hasn't had time to take the price down it was old and couldn't be honored. Never offered a discount of any kind or anything. I told him I didn't want any of my purchase and left. He did not want my business. I wasn't looking for anything for free but honor your prices. There's always a way

They have actually lost their minds on pricing. $13 for a roast beef dinner with raw, unseasoned carrots and the blandest nursing home gravy-like this wasn’t even bob evans quality and that’s embarrassing for GE. Wanted $8 for a CUP of soup (which I’ve had before and really isn’t that great). Idk where y’all get it from that pickles should be $3 either. Like giant eagle is great but honey, you’re not THAT great. Pricing really is out of control at Giant eagle across the board and for what? Undercooked, bland food? A dying produce section that is sadder and sadder every time I go? Checking my own self out at the register? The most weak and sorry sale prices? Ever decreasing portion sizes? Ooooof

Very disturbing purchase from giant eagle solon. Friday I purchased some fried fish and brought it home ! I thought it was flounder or another tasty white fish.only to read the very small print and find out that it's pangasius ! A fish that only comes from Asia and is not even considered a safe fish to eat ! It swims in contaminated water. Why would giant eagle solon be selling lousy fish from Asia? Then when I went to return it they said customer service was closed . I never heard of such a thing ! The store was up and running and no one to give a refund ?! I'm not to happy with giant eagle solon!

It was my first time visiting Market Place in Solon. The store is clean, the items are well organized, the staff member was available to point me to the correct shelf. Something was wrong with the payment system on self-check out lane, had to go to real cashier to pay after scanning everything by myself.

Over the past few years I have had mostly good experience at this place, but in recent months I have been very irritated by employees looking over my shoulder while I'm ringing up my groceries. Even though food prices are so out of proportion to quality (too expensive) I've always worked for and paid for what I have. Employees could be better used to keep shelves stocked than watching old ladies "purchase" what they need. NO EDIT........
