Boyfriend got his haircut today and he came back out, and it looked absolutely horrible. I told him to go back in, but he didn't want to upset the hairdresser even though I thought that was ridiculous because his hair looked horrendous. Went home and tried to fix it, and he ended up shaving his entire head. What a waste of money and now my boyfriend is bald 😭😭

Do not go here. The clippers. The girl used were dirty and dull and cut my neck and face in attempting to line up my mustache it became so uneven I had to shave it off as well as my full beard then she charged me for having to shave off my beard after she messed up my mustache

I checked in and waited 45 minutes as the app estimated. When I was finally listed as the first in line, I was standing right in front of the counter with my two kids. However, the staff skipped me and took the two customers behind me first. I raised my concern, but they did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake.
This was not just inconvenient (especially with two young children waiting), but also very disrespectful. It made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I hope the management looks into how the staff is handling the check-in line, because no one should be treated unfairly after patiently waiting.
The way I was treated made me question whether everyone is truly being treated equally at this location.

I am so delighted with current staff at Great Clips especially Latresa. She is amazing and highly recommended.
She does excellent hair cut and is very kind and caring.
Her politeness and attitude is exemplary.

I went to this barber located in Solon about 1.5-2 months ago. After the haircut, I noticed that they don't clean their scissors and other tools. Shortly after my visit, my head was covered in pimples. The haircut itself was also very uneven; I could still see uncut strands of hair. The barbers who work here need to be replaced, or they will lose many more customers. I can remove this feedback once you start to clean your tools after every haircut. Sorry

I see many low ratings but my experience was good. Walked in at open and got out in 20 minutes. Good haircut - if you're looking for a Beverly Hills doo probably go elsewhere but if you aren't going to an interview or wedding for awhile this is just fine.

I am not the type to leave reviews at places but this just was such a bad experience I had to. If I could give 0 stars I would. First, I checked in online hoping to get in line quicker just for them to call someone in line behind me first. Second, after a 45 minute wait I get called and I told her I wanted a mid taper and trim on the top, she responded I don't know what a mid taper is (already concerning). Then I explain it to her and she does an awful job trying and barely cuts anything, not to mention every-time she grabbed my hair her nails would scrape my forehead and cheeks. I then tell her politely maybe a little more off the top and sides and she gets upset and confrontational saying I said low taper not mid. She tries to take it shorter and practically left me with no hair to style with because she was upset that I asked her to do her job. Will never step foot in a Great Clips again. Stylist who cut my hair was Shelly or something.

I feel bad leaving this review, cuz the girl was so nice, but I just had to. Idk what she ended up doing to my hair, but I gotta cut here weeks ago. Since then I literally cannot wear my hair up or down, in a bun, ponytail, ANYTHING without it looking absolutely botched.. I did not want bangs.. & now i have these horribly cut uneven bangs that hang in my face & annoy me 24/7. It looks weird if I tuck it behind my ear which I usually do. I tried pinning it back, but that looks odd too! It's like she took a huge chunk of my hair & cut it the wrong direction or something. It looks bad & I've been dealing with this for weeks!!!
