Check in was ok. 6am appointment. Gota door right away. Receiver came to my truck at 815 asking if I received text for lumper. I had not. He sent one again and said he would be back out once fee was paid. 915 I got a text saying paperwork was ready, come inside to get it. Door is locked. No doorbell. No way to get in. Another company not respecting or time. Also none of the phone numbers on Google work for contacting GLCS. Phone number on bills doesn't work either. Received paperwork 930.

9/15/25 you check in on 1 side with guard, sent me to other side of building. Park across from docks, walk paperwork over to office. They call with dock door. Open doors, put seal in back, slide tandems. They used capstone for lumper fee. Docks can be tight depending on who in next to you and across from you. No overnight parking

This place sucks!!!! They have 3 different drives, 1 is an exit ONLY, and the signs that you need to be able to see to know where you need to go are at least 6ft off the road into the entrance to the drives, and they are small and dirty. The only way you even see the signs is if you turn your head and get a glimpse as you pass them. None of the drives even look big enough to be for trucks, and the guardhouse where you check in 1st, is so far back off the road you can't tell what it is at night. These companies need to do better to make the truck entrances easier for the drivers to find, instead of having to waste our clocks going around the block to figure out where the magic door is!!!!

Excellent place to come for delivery or shipping for that matter! Follow your GPS however make sure that when you're coming down Cochran Street moving south you make a left on Carter Street! and make a left on the first driveway which looks like a car employee entrance which it is but is also a truck entrance!
Stop at the gate go inside to the guard shack! This morning I met KC and Karen and they were both absolutely the nicest people you'll meet in this business! They will check your paperwork if you are there to pick up a load you'll stay on that side if you're going to receiving you'll be asked to go to the other side of the building. They will assign you a door!
***Warning*** if asked to go to receiving you go into the gate get as close to the trailers that are backed into the docks go all the way down and make a right toward the exit gate it is extremely tight! But no problem see photo!
Once you go around back for receiving open your doors tandems to the rear back into your door leave the seal in the trailer and then walk to the blue door! They will unload you pretty quickly and pay your lumper fee via lumper code!
Don't know why all the negative reviews but this place is a really great place to deliver! Easy in easy out!

Really tight parking, you may have to blindside back, otherwise it will be a very tight turnaround and you will have to be very careful or trailer swing. Took them 3.5 hours to unload me.

Come in off Carter street. Red
mark in the picture. Check in at the guard shack, marked in green.
Had a 6am appointment. Had trailer lights go out and was late due to the repair. Arrived at 7:30am. They took me with no complaints or fees. Guard shack employees were friendly.
It was only 4 pallets, but still took 1.5 hours.
Lumper fee was $145.
I was unloaded off the Carter street entrance. If you have to back in between two trailers with trucks attached to them, it’s tight. Otherwise it’s fine.

Don't show up too early. This is is a relatively small facility, and they don't have room for drivers to show up 6 hours early and wait around. That being said, they run it tight as a drum. Arrived at 0500 for an 0700 appointment, and they let me in to park and wait. And BAM, door assignment, unloaded immediately, lumper fee text as they started, call to come get the bills while they were still unloading, bills in hand with still a red light, still a forklift in the truck. Told to blaze out as soon as I see green. Total time about 1 hour. This is how it should work. Every Lineage I've dealt with has been great.
