Horrible experience ordering a furnace. Order was placed on 12/2 it never arrived on 12/4 as promised. The warehouse couldn’t give a date of when it could be shipped so I cancelled my order on the phone, with a customer service person. I ordered from a different supplier and the same item arrived the next day.
Here is the issue, on 12/9/24 I was charged for it and as of 1/8/25 still have not been reimbursed for their mistake. Called multiple times and was told, “the warehouse takes care of that and they will reach out in 24 hours.” Another explanation was that it was denied by the warehouse because it was delivered on 10/7. October? Two months before I placed an order? That lie doesn’t even make sense. This isn’t a 50.00 pair of pants, they stole 1100 from my account and are giving me a run around to get it back.
Buyer beware.

Ordered light bulbs that stated that they would arrive on October 5th next day delivery I ordered these on October 4th when I went to check the status the delivery date is now 10 days away October 14th for light bulbs come on these guys are way out of whack took on more than they can handle and now they don't know what to do with themselves who's running this joint shame on them used to be a great company to deal with

Since July of 2022 i have been waiting for a remote control for my ac that never came. My order # is w215914270. I have spent hours on the phone & left on hold for hours while someone was working on the issue only to be disconnected and forced to start over. I’ve spoken with hd supply and the manufacturer trying to resolve this. I was promised the remote would be mailed directly to me and verified my address and unit # by march 15, 2023. i was told it was back ordered all these months!My building manager was kind enough to help me find an ac and said i needed to pay with my credit card information, my name and address but he used the Shaker Club Account #. Why i don’t know.Hd supply is now saying they can’t help me because i’m not on the account.No one wants to use the condo account or get any information about the account . I simply want the remote I paid for to be sent to me or if need be to our brand new bldg mgr to my attention. In addition to this almost every person in their call center was rude and disrespectful except for a few. (Amanda ? thank you for not giving me the run around and trying to help. ) I wish i knew your last name. So shame on you HD Supply. Horrible customer service!A “1” star Review is well deserved.

They have managed to make a simple order for 4 stock blinds the most painful purchase of 2021! It’s been weeks, and I have 1/4 of my order. I have been charged 3 times, credited twice! Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!!
