“We love staying at the Aurora Inn each year! The rooms are clean, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. Perhaps our favorite part is the top-notch restaurant — amazing food, ambiance, and cocktails — and how staff members are so friendly.”

“We celebrated our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding at The Club at Hillbrook this past weekend and are still basking in the glow. Hillbrook is the most gorgeous venue that we could ever have imagined with its Old World charm, terraces, rolling lawns and the impossibly beautiful teahouse garden where the marriage took place. We had cocktails on the lawn, dinner by candlelight on the terrace, and danced until midnight in the pavilion -- each area perfect in its own way. The wedding party spent the night in the suites upstairs -- and the bedrooms were also quite lovely. Gina Carlson was wonderful to work with. The staff was excellent -- and the food was delicious. Highest praise for Hillbrook!”

“I had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Cleveland/Lyndhurst/Legacy Village. The service was responsive, and I appreciated the free bottled purified water. Having a microwave available in the dining area was also convenient.
The location was another plus. The hotel is right inside Legacy Village, so it was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
The only downside was the pool area. The shower by the pool had only cold water, which was uncomfortable.
Overall, I had a good experience and found the hotel convenient and comfortable.”

“I should have read the reviews before booking a stay. Since Quality Inns are under the Choice umbrella, I assumed the hotel would be up to par with Choice hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was plentiful however, there were no protein items. No eggs or sausage. Lots of bread products and cereal. The room was clean except the shower curtain had mold on the bottom 3 inches. We were 4 ladies sharing a room. I booked 2 queen beds and at check-in confirmed it was 2 queen beds. Those can't be queen beds. They must be Full or Double beds. This was our 3rd hotel in a 5 day trip. We had a lot more room sharing a queen bed at other hotels. We were definitely closer to each other in these beds. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, the price was less than others in the area.”

“Even tho I'm exhausted from all this emergency booking last minute I have to SHOUT OUT KYLE that was working tonight. He seriously took the time to make sure I had everything booked, gave me comfort and assurance that everything will work out and went above and beyond my expectations. He was so knowledgeable, personable and because of that phone call I am so glad I picked this hotel. I can't even begin to tell u w a family emergency unplanned how efficient he was. He seriously needs a raise, kudos, award EVERYTHING!!!! THANK U KYLE for answering the phone and being the best example of customer service U ROCK!!!!”
“Excellent experience. I had mark for a massage he did an amazing stone massage. Elona was wonderful at the front desk. We met the owner she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Our server at the resturant joe was on top of it with great service. I would recommend this place all the way around.”

Pros:
Staff was very polite and helpful
Rooms are interesting(at least I thought so)
Beanbag is a interesting choice(I definitely didn't get stuck cause I'm too fat and old)
Locations is pretty good 30 mins airport and plenty of food options nearby 10 mins or less
Cons:
wifi not the greatest
Connections are solid but speeds are not great(IT is my business and why I was there)
Walls are pretty thin(which hey it's a hotel so not something unexpected)
The only real complaint
Is the HVAC was pretty loud and rattled nonstop anytime it was on
Woke me up on several occasions(and I get cranky with no sleep)
But all said I would stay again”

“monique was great ! we had an issue getting discriminated against from someone staying next to us (i have an level 3 autistic son who loves to jump) it is what it is .! she handled it . and the stay was great . hospitality top tier . room was clean no issue what so ever !”
“Checked for bedbugs & I was surprised not to find any. 2 summers ago I did. Unfortunately it was after i slept already.. I bounced with the quickness! But not b4i got my $ refunded! Always check right away for bugs & the filter inside the air/heater. Should be changed or washed at every rm cleaning!”
“Diz place be in da nice area of da hood. Room smells like someone be relievin demselfs on da carpet. On my wayz back from da Taco Bells, I mets me a nice lady who wad in da parkin lot. We be partayin all nights long.”

“The staff at this hotel were genuinely so great and super attentive and friendly our entire trip. They give each guest a little care package with a water and some snacks when you check in, which is so sweet! Our room was clean and it had everything we needed for the reasonable price! It’s very close to the Cuyahoga National Valley Park and not that far from Cleveland either. We really enjoyed our stay!”
