New Review, 12/10/2025: another 5-star experience from the JLR Solon service department. World class and the best I have experienced. Scott, Mike, and Andrew (tech) were very professional, timely, and efficient. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and I will continue to get my Jag F-Pace SVR serviced here. You guys know how to build loyalty. Thank you.
Am new to Jaguar and I want to commend Hendrick, Scott, and Andrew (tech) in the service department for their stellar professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy while my F-Pace SVR was in to replace two oxygen sensors. Both the car and the service are awesome. I will return to Jaguar in Solon for my future maintenance and service needs. Thank you.

Purchased pre-owned, Rick was my salesperson. He was very well rounded in all aspects of the sales cycle and made my time feel valued. Post sales is where you can really get a feel for someone’s DNA, and there was no drop off there. The entire team went above and beyond. Glad I bought here and supported this team.

Rick is an absolutely amazing salesman! I had already lined up financing and we went there for a Range Rover. He showed us the one we were interested in and was completely honest with us on the current issues with it. He showed us another one and we fell in love with it. Recently Visited the Solon Jaguar of Cleveland location for service on my wife’s Jag SUV. The service manager Scott was beyond welcoming as if ive known him for years. James the service Specialist who assisted us was tremendously knowledgeable. We had recalls we were not aware of taken care of. Throughout the entire process we were kept informed about the process of our vehicle. This location is very clean and friendly. I am going to keep servicing at this location until it’s time to upgrade from them. Thank you to the entire staff, Hats off to you ALL!!

Service here is great. James the Service Advisor always makes sure my concerns with my vehicle are addressed. Everyone here is so very courteous from the front door to the Service Center.

I truly loved this dealership. I recently switched from an Audi to a Jaguar and this was my first appointment at the dealership. Needless to say the service was impeccable. I have been to many luxury dealerships but this one was different. It's how they handled everything from paperwork, to service, to follow up; the courtesy and the care proved why they are Jaquar Solon.

Has coupons that are totally not worth it.Spent almost 2K on brake job and has 10% coupon only to be told by man at service desk that "Yeah they don't tell you it's only up to $100.00. Or not what you thought you could save..They are great cars.But at 2K for a brake job its way overpriced..

Jaguar Solon is always on point for me. Sometimes I don't like their answers because my car is too old for some things. They do help as much as they possibly can when needed.

Jaguar Solon's Service Department is HORRIBLE BEWARE!! The service manager Scott Straffen is rude and lacks compassion, there service team is also horrible with keeping clients in the loop of things and not very honest when it comes to business dealings they over charged me for labor according to my warranty department and so I had to pay more than my deductible to fix my car. I dealt with James McConnell for the most part he was just doing his job or should I say just enough, don't ask him or anyone there to go the extra mile it just won't happen. I had a situation where a part was no longer being manufactured by Jaguar Corp (not the customers fault) my warranty covered the part however the part was no longer available because the manufacture stopped producing it, instead of being upfront an honest from the beginning they had me to believe that the part itself was on back order and on it's way which was NOT the case I was in limbo for 4 weeks before i actually knew what was going on. I had to call another Jaguar dealership to even find out what the real situation was. I did not have a vehicle for 3 months, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle and suggested that i go back to the place i purchase the car from, whoever heard of such a thing, because I did not purchase my Jaguar from their dealership they said they could not provide me a loaner. I would not use this dealer if they were the last dealer in town. I would sale my car first.
