“From the moment I inquired about cleaning a queen size bedspread over the phone until I dropped it off and picked it up everything was fantastic! The person on the phone, so kind and knowledgeable then once I physically got there the same and when I picked it up …. all was a wonderful experience! I couldn’t believe how fast it was dry cleaned. Other places I called had a 2 week time frame and my item was ready the very next day!! Amazing! The price was good and for being a first time customer I even got a coupon to use! I highly recommend the DO Summers in Solon! Give them all a raise!”

“First time visiting Aurora Road Laundromat and I’m definitely coming back. The place is sparkling clean, machines take laundry cards (which you can buy at a kiosk with cc). And there are different weight load capacities so you don’t need to use multiple machines. I brought my son and felt very safe here.”

“First time customer. Passed by this place probably dozens if not hundreds of times as I live nearby, but I decided to try them out. I've never had items dry cleaned before, and with an upcoming life event I wanted to have some items done. The process was basically seamless from drop-off to pickup. The communication was excellent and to have a staff reach out for additional details was unexpected in a good way. The online portal was very nice and the text updates were appreciated. My shirts came out great and I'm very pleased with the service overall. Price was reasonable as well. A very efficient process from start to finish and I'll definitely be taking all my dry cleaning here from now on.”

“Peter is terrific in every way. He’s repaired many shoes I hated to get rid of so I didn’t have to! He put in a new zipper into a vintage leather motorcycle jacket, giving it a new life! Peter told me he’s tried to retire but no one will let him go! If there are any young people out there who like to work with their hands AND own their own business, there is great opportunity in shoe and leather repair! Thanks Peter!”

“Louise was amazing while I was at the laundromat—constantly cleaning the dryers and washers and helping everyone in between. No wonder this place is always so sparkling. I don’t come often, but I’ll definitely be back for bulky items because I know Louise keeps this place in top-top shape.”

2107 S Taylor Rd, University Heights OH 44118
“I have used this place regularly for years. It's affordable and the staff have been consistently friendly. They do their best to be helpful. Most negatitve reviews are due to lack of machines and user confusion/error. Free dryers only run for 10-15 minutes and washer single load size differs from traditional home machines. So read instructions and be sensible about how long your clothes may take to dry.”

6637 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland OH 44124
“This was first time in a laundromat in over 2 decades, so all I knew was I need quarters and detergent. Sandy the lady that works there is so friendly. I have a king size white comforter that would not fit in my washing machine. She helped me, I was so relieved. The entire time I was watching her wash clothes, fold clothing, hang clothing and she took pride in her job. So I asked her if she could wash my comforter the next time. She quoted me a great price, I didn't know they would do that for you . I will definitely be seeing her soon. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you.”

“Came down here from Cleveland to do laundry as our dryer was broken, and Hubby has family in this area. Pros - this place is open 24/7 (including Black Friday 2023 when I visited), most machines cost only $3 to run, and there are three change machines that take up to $10 bills. Cons - there are quite a few "out of order" signs here today, including on one of the three change machines and on the lone bathroom.”
