“I have used this place regularly for years. It's affordable and the staff have been consistently friendly. They do their best to be helpful. Most negatitve reviews are due to lack of machines and user confusion/error. Free dryers only run for 10-15 minutes and washer single load size differs from traditional home machines. So read instructions and be sensible about how long your clothes may take to dry.”

“This was first time in a laundromat in over 2 decades, so all I knew was I need quarters and detergent. Sandy the lady that works there is so friendly. I have a king size white comforter that would not fit in my washing machine. She helped me, I was so relieved. The entire time I was watching her wash clothes, fold clothing, hang clothing and she took pride in her job. So I asked her if she could wash my comforter the next time. She quoted me a great price, I didn't know they would do that for you . I will definitely be seeing her soon. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you.”

“Came down here from Cleveland to do laundry as our dryer was broken, and Hubby has family in this area. Pros - this place is open 24/7 (including Black Friday 2023 when I visited), most machines cost only $3 to run, and there are three change machines that take up to $10 bills. Cons - there are quite a few "out of order" signs here today, including on one of the three change machines and on the lone bathroom.”

“From the moment I inquired about cleaning a queen size bedspread over the phone until I dropped it off and picked it up everything was fantastic! The person on the phone, so kind and knowledgeable then once I physically got there the same and when I picked it up …. all was a wonderful experience! I couldn’t believe how fast it was dry cleaned. Other places I called had a 2 week time frame and my item was ready the very next day!! Amazing! The price was good and for being a first time customer I even got a coupon to use! I highly recommend the DO Summers in Solon! Give them all a raise!”
