Very rude came in for a walk-in appointment due to them not having any availability for an appointment. Come here all the time and was rude dismissed by the owner Mike. I will not be coming back here due to this encounter. It was very disheartening.

Tammy the Nail Tech that serviced me had very poor social skills and customer service . I went in to recieve a dip soak off and manicure, after service was completed I asked for a file to shape my nails. She didn't push or cut the cuticles or clean under the nails, not to mention they do not require anyone to wash their hands prior to service which is a big no no and can cause lots of germs to be spreaded.I arrived at opening just imagine what it would be like mid day for her. I'm wondering if she's evena licensed nail tech.

This is my nails right after drying before even leaving after being serviced by the “ man in charge “ he failed to properly cleanse my nails or even push my cuticles back, I continuously had to tell him how to do my nails at a certain point I just stop and came to this. When I went to pay and asked if he could take $ off the set he started to argue with me and try to blame me for them being messed up. Worse nail experience ever. 0/10

I am African American, I’m always pleased with my nails and feet the guy Michael does my nails. Unfortunately I’ve noticed the husband and wife Jenny treat black people differently when they come in as a walk in than they do when white people come in as a walk in. Some times they do not acknowledge them when they first walk in. I need to do some rethinking, I’m not treated that way by Michael however Jenny rarely speaks.

Worst pedicure I’ve received. Didn’t use any type of cleaner for the pedicure tools and no plastic bag in the pedicure bowl. Very rushed job and drilled my gel instead of soaking off with acetone. I still had leftover gel on my nails and the tips are sloppy.
