Very prompt support. I lost the lid to my battery box on the highway and Max S. got back to me almost immediately and shipped a new lid to my house before I was even back from my weekend trip. You rarely see this kind of support these days.

Huge shout-out to Bob Jones from NOCO. I informed Bob about an order I made in which the NOCO jump starter came with a different port than a few others I purchased. I bought a nlp30 battery at Walmart and the box had used lawnmower pulleys inside. After contacting them they made things right. Walmart said it was nocos fault and would not fix the problem but noco did make it right. I own several of their products and will continue to use them
