I believe the clerk that I had the pleasure of dealing with today overcharged me for prints I wanted made of my artwork. I usually go to this location because I like their service. I've never had an issue with them until now.

Sullen clerk, mumbles instructions to complete transaction. Sells a 4' floor protector, but no way to secure it as a roll. "We don't have any cords". Really? You're an office supply with no string, tape or cords? This place is a great reason to shop online.
