“Had to find a store to grab something quick. Periodically, take trips to Ohio and not real familiar with my surroundings, I came across this store because it was closest to my location. They have a lovely entrance and with so much to look at. I found this store to be very organized, clean, and very well stocked. Purchased through the self-checkout which took no time at all. A very helpful employee was there to assist if needed. As I was leaving I noticed a price error on my receipt, bought this to the attention of Patrice, the employee monitoring the self-checkout. She looked at my receipt and with a sense of urgency, walked me over to customer service. She took care of it with no problem. She has great customer service skills and a friendly attitude. Great experience!! I just wish we had one here in California.”

“Loved this place since I was little bit yesterday I went in looking for a special biscotti but couldn't find it anywhere. It was one of those things Marc's only carries and I wasn't sure if they were our or it had just been moved. 2 different people helped me find it, one names Jill walked around the entire store to help me find it. It was super nice and reminded me why I love this place! Especially all of their season fun stuff!”

“The staff at the pharmacy specifically are wonderful. I moved from the corner CVS to Walgreens since CVS no longer permits you to speak to live people. They never give me a hard time for having to speak to them to get controlled RXs off my doctor’s multiple month front dated holds to fill. They have been extremely helpful getting some specific manufacturers so that I can cut my sons doses more easily. I appreciate them very much since we have a lot of meds so I am there a lot, and they’re always so kind and helpful. I also work in medical and know that pharmacies nationwide are seriously understaffed so if this is the case for them too, I hope corporate heeds their requests for more coworkers. I would hate for their current staff to leave due to burnout because they make for a great experience. I literally come here for the staff and quality service. Thank you pharmacy staff for being wonderful!”

“Most of the staff is great. Always sales. Yet sometimes when I bring sale items up to the register the lady tells me she can't give me the discount because the manager isn't there and she gets into trouble if she does it. I just leave the items and walk out. I'm not paying full price for sale items.”
