“I was looking for Fluticasone Nasal spray in the section where the allergy stuff is, where the nose sprays are and couldn't find it. So I walked all the way back to the pharmacy to see if they kept it there, because it's not cheap.
One of the pharmacy staff walked all the way back to aisle 17 with me to look for.
It was on the third shelf down, and I wasn't even looking for it there.

“The staff at the pharmacy specifically are wonderful. I moved from the corner CVS to Walgreens since CVS no longer permits you to speak to live people. They never give me a hard time for having to speak to them to get controlled RXs off my doctor’s multiple month front dated holds to fill. They have been extremely helpful getting some specific manufacturers so that I can cut my sons doses more easily. I appreciate them very much since we have a lot of meds so I am there a lot, and they’re always so kind and helpful. I also work in medical and know that pharmacies nationwide are seriously understaffed so if this is the case for them too, I hope corporate heeds their requests for more coworkers. I would hate for their current staff to leave due to burnout because they make for a great experience. I literally come here for the staff and quality service. Thank you pharmacy staff for being wonderful!”

“Most of the staff is great. Always sales. Yet sometimes when I bring sale items up to the register the lady tells me she can't give me the discount because the manager isn't there and she gets into trouble if she does it. I just leave the items and walk out. I'm not paying full price for sale items.”
