Planet Fitness provides a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in a Judgement Free Zone. This location has recently been updated with new equipment, including machines not seen at other clubs, and the bathrooms are clean and very updated. The staff is great, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The gym is always clean and offers quite a few machines like treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. However, some members note a lack of certain equipment and issues with members not cleaning machines after use. A significant concern is the air circulation, as there are no fans in the weight lifting area, making it quite humid, hard to cool down, and difficult to stay for an extended period. Despite this, many find it a favorite gym and highly recommend it for its welcoming space to build strength.
Staff is very helpful. Machines are well maintained. Work on the most recent renovations is subpar. Showers do not have a cold water only setting. Gym floor rubber matting is not flat.

Love the updated version. It's wide open. New plate Loaded pieces are a great addition some I've not seen before in other PFs. Clean.. duplicate pieces are very nice they kept a lot of the life fitness pieces which are better than matrix imho I rated it a strong 9! Top 3 around north east Ohio so far

Even though they are completely redoing the entire gym, the place was very clean and organized. Disappointed the spa is shut down.
