Good place for kids when it's cold outside. I don't think it's worth $28 for one adult one kid per session. If you go 3 or more times a month $60 a month is worth it.

I love this place for my two children. The staff is great and very friendly. I wish the customers would be better at being less rude and get off their phones and computers and actually watch what their kids are doing. Having your 5-10 year old knocking over the toddlers, and wrestling over them, when it clearly says 3 and under section.parent do better teach your kids manners and stop watching TikToks it’s not getting you anywhere.

This was a nice play place that my almost 8 year old very much enjoyed, but I'm going to reiterate what a lot of what others said here. It is a pricey experience as you pay for every person. A small fee would have been ok, but 9.99 each for my 1 year old and I to stand there is kind of ridiculous. You do have to remove shoes, which grosses me out with the food area and bathrooms. It's not exactly clean floors, either. The staff is OK, nice enough. Food is expensive. Overall, it was overpriced. I will likely not go back until my youngest is 4.

Great place. Super clean and fun for kids. A bit pricey for adults as they have to pay as well just to get in.

It was our first time and it wasn’t a great experience. We had a two and four year old with us. I’m not sure if the facility limits occupancy but they should really consider doing so. There were too many kids being reckless in small spaces with very little to no supervision. The different age appropriate zones were not enforced which created dangerous situations. The no running signs are a joke. I didn’t see any staff walking around and unfortunately many parents were not closely watching their kids. My four year old experienced issues with accessing some of the slides because older kids were physically and intentionally blocking the passages. I had to step in and threaten to get their parents involved if they didn’t let others pass. The women’s bathrooms were horribly maintained. There was no toilet paper in some of the stalls and no paper towels in either dispenser.I have no intention to ever returning. The cost is steep and definitely not worth it given the uncleanliness, obnoxiousness of other kids, and dangerous situations.

We used to come here before they changed their policy and increased their prices. When they made me purchase a ticket for myself and my infant baby in a car seat, we knew that would be our last time. You would think that a place that charges the parent to sit there, would at least have free WiFi. They don’t offer that either. We won’t be going back just out of principle.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place, something must have drastically changed over the last two years.1.) Business model—It dosent make sense to me why you have to pay to watch your kid play, when there is absolutely nothing for the parents to do. If there were interactive things the parents could do with kids I’d be more ok. But adults are not allowed on any of the play equipment…. I will say it’s nice that it is a all day pass2) cleanliness— this place is gross, that’s the only way to say it. I’ve been in gas stations that had cleaner bathrooms, with this being a no shoe policy in the building it’s gross I have to walk in my socks in such filth. Toilet paper all over the ground, no paper towels in bathroom. The cloth chairs that are provided for parents to sit in are stained from filth to the point I didn’t want to sit in them.3.) repairs— the foam ball launchers work at half power, talking to parents that have been here before said they were never this weak, one of the launcher stations dosent even work. The interactive play game didn’t work, bulb is burnt out. The railing around the toddler play place is literally leaning due to busted supports. I found a few portions of the thick web netting that the kids walk on “repaired” with cardboard and tape.4.) Staff— the staff in this day was friendly and willing to help whenever we walked up to a counter no complaints there.I overall give this 2 stars simply because my kid did enjoy himself, as mentioned earlier it is nice that this is an all day pass. With that being said, this place needs a deep clean, kids are germ factories to begin with before they crawl around on dirty play surfaces and unkempt bathrooms. There are not many safe, nice play places for kids and this place would be a gem if they worked on the things mentioned, I would love to come back if these things could be addressed, honestly I Woudnt mind paying 20 dollars a kid if the owners actually put in effort to keep the building clean and safe for the kids.

Super expensive to drop by. No one is monitoring the play areas. There were 7 year olds in the 0 to 3 year old area rough housing and knocking kids over. Total free for all and rules are not enforced.

Horrible business model to charge an entrance fee for a 2.5 month old baby that’s not participating. You should only charge for those that are actually going to play, rather than those that are strictly sitting, watching, taking pictures or even better yet napping. Over priced. Avoid, or don’t bring siblings if they are under the age of 1

We discovered this place in December of 2018 when my oldest child was 8 months old and it has been a staple for us ever since, especially since i just had my 4th child in August. My 3 year old son has autism and this place has been so great for his climbing and other sensory seeking needs but due to some safety concerns and recent rule changes we will no longer be coming back. There have been several times that I have reported to staff of children stuck behind barriers including my own because there are no locks or zip ties have been cut or broken There is also no real safety barrier leading to the parking lot and the door is very easily pushed open. Multiple times I have seen children in that vestibule area and the staff does not appear to be concerned or trying to help. This a big place and kids run off it is concerning how easily they can get to and out the front door.Since the birth of my last child we bring him in his stroller where he is asleep but recently have been getting charged for bringing him in. Essentially I am paying for he and I to watch the other children play. When we first started coming here adults were free and children under 12 months were free and I know things have changed but never did I think i would be charged for a sleeping infant who is not able to participate. Also the recent rule of no strollers is a deal breaker for us. I cannot carry a car seat around the facility and keep up with my autistic child. He also rips his socks off every chance he gets which i'm sure will become a problem with you guys soon too. The family friendliness of this place was just sucked out.The final straw for me was a visit this week that lasted less than 10 minutes due to the place being severely overcrowded. It was so bad that we were just given colored wristbands with none of our information on them, no available cubbies so we had to put everything at the bottom of the stroller only to be told upon going into the play area that we can no longer bring strollers in. Once inside it was so crowded there was nowhere for them to play (I have never seen it this crowded and we should have been turned away)

Very disappointed. My mom purchased $125+ in gift cards for my kids for Christmas. She was told we can buy our family membership using the cards. Play Day Cafe would not allow it or figure out a way to make it work. We won’t be coming back after using what we have on normal visits instead of the membership they were intended for.

Good place to bring your toddler to young children to play.Conssesions have a nice selection of drinks and snack food. (Not a lot of healthy options). No outside food or drink allowed inside (except bottles).Play areas are not the best fit for young crawling babies or younger.Cleanliness has room for improvement; as well as healthy food and drink options.

I have brought my 3 children to this facility a handful of times. Each time I was met with rude staff. I also think that it’s out of line to charge a 3 MONTH old baby full admission to be in the building when the baby can do absolutely nothing. Horrible food with long wait times. The last time we were there some kids had broken a lock off of a restricted area and there were easily 20 kids playing under the locked area. All the seating areas and bathroom need attention. Very uninviting with how dirty it is.
