Port Royal Cigar is known for its great customer service, with staff that is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It has a walk-in humidor and a selection of cigars that never disappoints, ensuring they are never dry. Some note their inventory has gone way downhill, though they fixed their humidor. For many, it is the only shop with exactly what they are looking for, ensuring customers will definitely be back.
I had a great personalized experience during my first visit with the recommendation of a top notch Perdomo. Very helpful staff and well organized shop. Will come back soon.

One of the best cigar shops around. Nick has break customer service. You can tell he loves what he does. 10/10. Highly recommend!
