He took time to walk me through the process how it will be sent to the correct place, and assured he would do everything they could to make a smooth process and he followed up next day to tell me the status of my package. Generally, I am disappointed with the Chagrin Falls, Ohio post office. Usually, I engage with some pretty nasty people who really don’t care about helping you.
However, today I was greeted by an employee named Mohammed. He was a breath of fresh of fresh air. He took care of my issue with a smile and professionalism. Can he please manage the whole operation? If not, give him a raise and learn by his example! Thank you. Sal Lazuka”

Shortly after arriving 2 other customers arrived. Jamie and Teresita coordinated effortlessly to take care of everyone with speed and a smile. This will definitely be our go to USPS from now on! “I came to the US, and I needed to post two Items, so I went to this post ? office. They have a beautiful space with lots of parking spaces, and the location is easily accessible. Their customer service is excellent, and they are professional. The lady who attended to me was sweet, friendly, and soft-spoken. I was captivated and endeared to her unusual calmness, sense of humour and joyous spirit. Please go to the post office; her demeanour is therapeutic and comforting.”

“I would like to compliment the Supervisor at Lyndhurst Post Office, Deja, for handling and correcting a carrier delivery error. An after hours package was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address and refused by the resident. The delivery carrier should have double checked the address when it was refused instead of sending it back to the sender. Deja kindly intercepted the information and had it re-sent for a timely delivery. I appreciate her follow-up and thoroughness.

“A merchant had the wrong address on my package and it was out for delivery. The gentleman Ron that answered was so helpful. He called the carrier and had him hold the package. He called and told me when it was there and I informed me that it was waiting to be picked up. When I arrived the ladies at the counter were also very pleasant. I am so grateful because people aren’t honest these days and it’s not safe to just go to their door. Thank you so much for making it such a smooth process because I was panicking.”

I always smile, say please and thank you, and treat them with basic human decency (as we should to anyone), and the staff here have always reciprocated that kindness! Kindness is a two way street.
