“I came to the US, and I needed to post two Items, so I went to this post ? office. They have a beautiful space with lots of parking spaces, and the location is easily accessible. Their customer service is excellent, and they are professional. The lady who attended to me was sweet, friendly, and soft-spoken. I was captivated and endeared to her unusual calmness, sense of humour and joyous spirit. Please go to the post office; her demeanour is therapeutic and comforting.”

Shortly after arriving 2 other customers arrived. Jamie and Teresita coordinated effortlessly to take care of everyone with speed and a smile. This will definitely be our go to USPS from now on! “Much more friendly and efficient than the Shaker PO--although Shaker's just horribly understaffed and it may not be the employees' fault. Anyway, if you live in Shaker and are sick of long lines at Warrensville, try this location. Wish I could've gotten my PO Box at this location but with my zip code I was stuck using Warrensville for that.”

“Usually use the self checkout kiosk which makes it easier, plus I pay for labels online for my packages. Hopefully they add more self checkout kiosk at this location as more people are beginning to use it.”
