Sedlak went above and beyond when the rocking chair I received was not to the right expectations, they suggested getting a different base and reordered for me, they took a not ideal experience and made it great and I am very happy with the new chair.management was wonderful! I would highly suggest based on service and will be back!

Bought 2 identical leather recliners. After 4 months , noticed the leather faded where my head was and the arms. Called sedlak to complain. They did nothing. Then we noticed the leathers were different colors. We sent pictures etc. had a repairman restain the faded parts which cost $200. I’m very disappointed in Sedlak. These chairs were not cheep. I think they could have replaced them. We also called manufacturers and they did nothingI will never go to sedkaks again!!!!!

Seriously???? Bait and switch tactics. My 86-year-old mother saw ad in the paper for a mattress for $399 twin size. She has a double twin side by side bed.She called Scott Reeves salesman. He told her he had them in stock or else he could order them for her. She wanted two of them.She enlisted me to drive her there (45 minutes away on 480). When we arrived, we were attacked by carpenter bees. Then, when we went in, Scott took us to the mattresses. Long Walk for a handicapped person. He then proceeded to tell us the $399 was only for a child's twin size mattress. The one my mom would need, an XL, would be $541.My 86-year-old mom does not sound like a woman buying for children . She told him what she needed over the phone . Total bait and switch. He never mentioned this over the two phone calls my mom had with him beforehand. An 86-year-old dejected woman. Both of us are very upset. I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Not a happy camper!

We purchased two leather reclining sofas from Sedlaks that were defective. The leather on the back of the sofa was not long enough to cover the inside of the sofa. There was a large gap on the sides of the sofa where the back meets the seat. We were asked if our room had a wall where we could push it up against to hide it. They allowed us to go to their warehouse to check out the 4 others they had. They were all defective as well. Maybe they purchase second quality products. When we complained our designer Susan told us maybe we should have bought a higher end sofa. We paid $2800 per sofa. After much complaining they finally agreed to give us a refund but kept $400 for delivery fees and a design consultation. The $150 design consultation was to be applied towards a purchase they said. The design consultant Susan was absolutely worthless. She had to be harassed by us for weeks to come up with a design which consisted of the sofas we already chose ourselves and a 2 fabric choices for chairs we chose ourselves. This high end furniture was a huge disappointment. We received much better service from Leopold’s and Chez-del furniture.

Outstanding and professional service especially from my salesperson, Julie Petrov! I bought an American Leather sleep sofa and Julie helped me pick out the fabric and color with her expertise and patience. I love my new cream sofa. And excellent free delivery too! Highly recommended!

We bought a Miles Talbot couch ( over $4,000) from Sedlak's The comfort is nothing like the what was in the store. We contacted Sedlak just under a year still stiff uncomfortable ( sore back). Neither Sedlak or Miles Talbot are will to do anything. I would not step foot in Sedlak's again or buy anything by Miles Talbot. I was told by Sedlak it takes time to break it in Haha. What a joke.

I would give this store less than one star should it be available. I have struggled with this store from the very moment I purchased my furniture. I was called insulting names and have a defective bed. I was told I was speaking with "one of the owners" to resolve my issue but learned she was just an office person. An employee repeatedly calls me an offensive name and I can't even get an apology from an owner. Still stuck with the defective product. This store is a disorganized mess.

Best possible experience starting with the salesman who listened to my phone questions and by the time I arrived at the store 45 minutes later had researched appropriate chairs and presented a wonderful selection for trial comfort. Jim is a consummate professional, gentleman and went over and above to make sure we had every opportunity to find something that fit our needs. Delivery was 2 days later and the crew, Jim and Eric were professional and friendly. The even helped us relocate our oud chairs for piclup by a charity that was recommended by the store. Will buy our next household item there for sure.

All super solid, high quality stuff. In general it is NOT cheap, but if you look closely, there's some killer deals. Don't get scared away by the first price tag you see! I also dig how the sales people aren't commissioned, so they leave you alone unless you need help.Another big benefit is that you get free delivery within 60 miles. The two guys who showed up were total pros. Had to remove a door and navigate three tricky turns, but made it look easy.

Just left. We were in town for the weekend to get a whole house of furniture for own new home. A designer never came over. Just a sales man who wouldn't even look at our prints. He seemed afraid I was going to give him COVID! Couldn't believe how uninterested they were!

I purchased a $3,500 dollar Stressless office chair and two bolts fell out of it on the second day, then the piston would not hold the seat height. Sedlak's was very difficult to deal with in trying to arrive at an acceptable solution. They were slow to respond, unprofessional and resistant. I wound up returning it and they gave me a hard time about a refund due to the complaint I filed with the credit card company. I also made a complaint with the BBB and they probably were retaliating over that. I purchased the same chair from another Stressless dealer and had a much better experience. I would never do business with again.

I called requesting assistance in furnishing several rooms in a new house we’re building. I spoke with the owner, Jan Sedlak, on a Monday who took my name and number and said an associate would call me back. I decided to walk around the store that day to start to get some ideas. I saw a custom table I was interested in exploring options of and not one person offered me assistance even though they were not busy at all. As of Friday I had not received a call so I called again.

I called requesting assistance in furnishing several rooms in a new house we're building. I spoke with the owner, Jan Sedlak, on a Monday who took my name and number and said an associate would call me back. I decided to walk around the store that day to start to get some ideas. I saw a custom table I was interested in exploring options of and not one person offered me assistance even though they were not busy at all. As of Friday I had not received a call so I called again. The person who was supposed to call me back was not yet in so I explained what had happened thus far and asked for another associate my builder had recommended. They weren't in either so they gave me her voicemail and I explained my needs and requested a call back. I was told she would be in shortly. After several hours I decided to reach out to the maker of the table company directly and spoke with the owner. He was concerned that no one was helping me so called the store direct and had the salesman he worked with reach out to me. He did within 30 minutes. Help at last! I went in to the store shortly after that to meet with him about the table I had seen and discuss options. Before we even got to the table he was already steering me towards a different brand. He didn't show me finishes or give much help at the table I'd come to see but went on and on about another manufacturer. He took me to that table and was suddenly pulling out finishes and options. Talk about horrible allegiance to the original table manufacturer I was interested in. I wouldn't have even been there if he hadn't arranged it and now this guy was sending me a different direction. I plan to spend a lot of money on furnishing our new home. And Sedlak's will not get one cent of that. I will never set foot in that store again.
