Just avoid this branch. Each experience I've had at this branch, the tellers have been rude and short, seemingly enjoying passive aggressive quips to the client. I've had receipts slapped down by the teller and terse tone of voice each time I'm here. It's stressful, unnessecary and 100% opposite of what we experience with other Middlefield bank branches.

Middlefield Banking Company in Solon places customer service as a high priority. Their branches are small. Tellers maintain close relationships with customers. It can get crowded at peak times.
