I wish I could give this a lower rating, but I have to give them something. Which is more than what they'd give me. Me and my fiancee's wedding rings were shipped to my location and the company never notified me that the rings came in on the expected date of delivery, but they DID notify me when the rings were being sent back because they didn't get back to me UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE TO PICK IT UP! How do you not notify me when they come in?! I'm terrified of those rings getting lost! Last time I'm relying on this company for delivery.

If you are a frequent shipper of smaller items and know what you are doing, i recommend this place. Good for amazon returns. If you need help, some of the staff are not pleasant to deal with but will get the job done. Maybe they are overworked so no time to be nice. Single door entrance is difficult to open and bring larger packages in and no help from staff even if elderly that i have observed. Making copies is low cost at any UPS but you get what you pay for so be prepared to know how to run the copier yourself for large runs. 3 stars is probably too low of a rating, but i can't bring myself to give 4 stars when there are many similar options nearby. None of those other options are perfect too so by all means try this place.

Michelle was the greatest! Helped me with a return to amazon..( I am a complete idiot when it comes to technology) She was so patient, and got the return rectified. She should be acknowledged for a job well done!

The older male is consistently rude, makes comments under his breath about taking Amazon returns, like it's a huge inconvenience for him. I always have my items packaged and labeled to make the transaction as smooth as possible but yet he still complains. I've witnessed him be incredibly rude to other customers as well. I'm giving it 2 stars only for the fact that the woman isn't as rude as he is. If I had other locations closer to me I would go there instead. Unfortunately nothing will be done and he will continue be jerk.
