I don’t know who gives the postman or woman at this place the right to decide whether or not they will deliver mail to your residence when it has the correct address on it and return it to the sender because they determined the name on the package was unknown without consulting the people who live in the home.

Terrible waiting time. Only one front desk lady to handle 10 people in line. The supervisor or someone should really took a responsibility.

Do not see the point of making passport appointments at this place. I have been standing at the desk for 30 minutes unacknowledged and am continuing to do so.

I don’t know who’s in charge but should fire the postmaster. Went there Saturday the 12th April line out the door at 1:15 took 45 minutes to get through the line. I felt very sorry for the lady at the front desk. She was the only one working until 15 minutes before closing there was another lady who is chewing gum saying I can help you, but nobody wants to help me helped with the kiosk. When someone ask her for help she had an attitude. She was chewing gum and leaning in the doorway, waiting for people to bring packages in while the other post employee was working her her heart out. The lady with a chewing gum and attitude several people asked her questions when she asked specifically does anyone need any help? She was rude. Had an attitude was not friendly at all and just kept walking back-and-forth finally at the end, she was helping some people. I think she needs to be fired then suddenly out of nowhere. A very nice lady very tall came and started helping the second postal worker at the front desk she apologize for the delay. It wasn’t her fault nor the lady at other postal counter, I give them five stars for their effort, but I have to criticize the postmaster at all times. They should have two postal workers at the counter. And now the stamps are gonna go up in price. What reason for that I’d be understanding if they’re crank it out knocking out customers, but they don’t even do that. I’ve been to other places chagrin Falls as another one very similar. It’s very sad. The ladies really did their duty but I can’t give it more than a one we waited 45 minutes and the only reason they came was because they were closing in 15 minutes. There were some very difficult transactions. I felt very sorry for the lady on the right of the counter. The other tall lady was super nice unfortunately I did not get their names. The other employee with chewing gum and walking around like she owned the place didn’t even have a name tag and wasn’t dressed in postal clothes. I do hope they get better.

I was in today to mail an envelope. Inquired about quicker mailing options. Employee was not kind or friendly in her interaction. I noticed that part of my envelope was not sealed and proceeded to lick it and press it down. I was, with a raised voice told not to lick the envelope. When I asked why I was told it was disgusting and employee had to handle the envelope. I smiled and left without doing business. You handle cash transactions all day with crazy amounts of bacteria, do u yell at those customers too? I don't want to play the race card but I am a blonde haired blue eyed white female...she was not.

I use this post office because the staff is exceptional. Individually and collectively, the staff is kind, patient, helpful, and funny! I never leave without a smile. Want to feel human and helped with knowledge AND kindness? This is the place.

Called 6/21 at 11:23 am a guy picks up the phone say can I help you I get two words out and he hangs up on me, not disconnected like I heard the phone hang up. You guys send my package to the wrong office and all I wanted to know is if I could pick it up. Guess no customer service or you guys just hire lazy people that don't like to do there job.

The post office was empty when I entered today around 1:30PM. The clerk was looking down and did not acknowledge me at all. I said "hello" and she ignored me. I said hello like 4 times trying to get her attention when she finally looked up and said: "Oh, I thought you were on the phone." I said if you looked up, you could see I was not on the phone."I just moved here from NY where people are not known to be the friendliest, but this woman has got to be the most unfriendly and downright rude postal worker I have encountered. Surprising for Ohio and a small town like Solon.
